Mr. Francis Yee assists our team of lawyers in Hong Kong criminal cases and other litigation matters and legal matters in Vietnam.
John qualified as a solicitor in England in 1983 and was admitted as a solicitor and notary public in both Hong Kong and Gibraltar. John worked in private practice in Hong Kong from 1988 and served as a member of the Property Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
In 1998 John was appointed as group legal counsel and director of the Sovereign Group of financial services companies. John is also an adjunct professor of the Texas A & M University and has extensive experience of commercial and trust matters. John formerly ran his own legal practices in Hong Kong and in Gibraltar and has served as non-executive director to companies listed both on the London Stock Exchange and the Nordic Growth Market.
He is a member the Law Society of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Notaries Societies and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a former member of the International Tax Planning Association, the Law Society of England & Wales, the Gibraltar Bar Association and the English Notaries Societies.
Mr. Peter Tam assists our team of lawyers in dealing with China legal matters and liaising with lawyers in China.
