It is owned by Dr Amna Plummer, with Dr Keidra Carmen joining the staff in 2010. Each veterinarian brings a unique talent to the hospital... We accept cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. We impose a SVC fee of 3.5% on the transaction amount on visa, mastercard, discover, and American express credit card products. We do not surcharge debit cards. For those unexpected emergencies, we also accept Care Credit.
