The founder, Owen Cummins has received formal training in construction while working for his father's construction company in Ireland. Owen emigrated to New York in 1990. After working for a large construction company for 2 years here in the US, he set up CPS... CPS' main aim is to offer high-end finished products at a competitive rate.
