Andy Wirth is a business executive with global experience and has founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at a variety of companies within various industries and business sectors. Wirth's experience crosses from the private sector to non-governmental and nonprofit organizations. On a global scale, he has led the development and led ventures and programs in the Peoples Republic of China and, while residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, served as a senior executive leader for two different organizations.
Andy is an active philanthropist and has served on over twenty civic, quasi-civic, and non-profit boards of directors serving causes from members of the military, environment, youth development, economic development, adaptive athletes, and more. Wirth served as the CEO of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings and was involved in the development of the Alterra Mountain Company until his retirement in 2017. Prior to that role, Wirth served as the EVP & CMO of Vancouver, Canada-based Intrawest ULC and had responsibility for 11 major ski resorts in North America, including Copper Mountain, Winter Park, and Steamboat in Colorado as well as 19 hospitality properties in North America and Europe. Wirth's background in commercial airline service/airport management had him leading regulatory and legislative matters with the US Customs & Border Patrol and the Federal Aviation Administration and has been deeply involved in state regulatory and legislative matters in Nevada, California, and Colorado.
After his retirement in 2017, Wirth established several start-up companies, including M Bar W Enterprises and the Peak Ski Company, with his friend and business partner Bode Miller and is currently building a company that will provide best-in-class mountain and winter combat and sustainment training programs for members of the US special warfare community. In late 2024, along with his friend and acclaimed country music artist, Joe Nichols, Wirth co-founded The Impossible Foundation, a nonprofit endowment organization established to combat high rates of suicide in the special warfare community.
Appointed to the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System in 2025, Wirth has a strong record of community service and civic leadership as shown through his extensive community and non-profit service and is the recipient of a host of non-profit and community leadership awards. Wirth holds a degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University, studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and completed various executive education programs at Stanford University.
The son of a US Air Force Fighter Pilot, Wirth was born at Ramstein Air Force Base, West Germany, and currently resides in southwestern Montana. His wife Kristin is a senior executive leader at the Professional Association of Dive Instructors, (PADI), the world's leading training and certification organization for scuba diving. Andy and Kristin have four children. Wirth is a horseman and competes in reined cow horse events, and is an alpine and Nordic skier, mountaineer, skydiver, trail runner, and scuba diver.

Brandon Bernier serves as the Vice President for Information Technology for CSU Fort Collins and Chief Information Officer for the CSU System, which includes CSU Fort Collins, CSU Pueblo, and CSU Global. In his role, he provides system-wide leadership on IT strategy, policy, and engagement with multi-campus stakeholders focusing on the alignment of technology to the teaching, learning, research, and outreach missions of CSU.
A dedicated partner committed to building relationships through proactive engagement in an effort to bring together information and technology communities he champions strategic thinking, aligning the value of IT with the mission of institutions, developing team members, and delivering high-quality technology operations.
Prior to joining CSU, he held leadership positions in central IT, distributed IT, and library roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Oakland University. He is actively engaged in national conversations related to technology leadership, strategic planning, and student success. Additionally, he serves as a faculty member for EDUCAUSE where he teaches for their Institute programs.
He has over 20 years of higher education experience and holds a MBA from Wayne State University and a BA in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Brian Anderson earned his undergraduate degree at CSU with a B.A. in Anthropology in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015. Prior to joining the General Counsel's Office at the CSU System, Brian worked in sales operations overseeing corporate contracts at Kärcher North America, a large commercial cleaning manufacturing company in Denver. Brian served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Angela Arkin and worked as a law clerk for Sherr, Puttmann, Akins, & Lamb PC.
Brian worked as the CSU System's law clerk and then as research counsel and assistant legal counsel prior to becoming associate legal counsel.

Dominic DiSanti is an experienced agricultural producer who embodies a passion for agriculture and a commitment to community success. As general manager of DiSanti Farms, he represents the fifth generation of a respected family legacy of farming and ranching. Prominently known for high-quality produce, the operation services grocery chains and food service distributors with a wide array of fresh produce with the leading crops being green onions, pumpkins, summer squash, and Pueblo chile. With a keen focus on sustainability and future generations, Dominic spearheads the farm's operations and strategic initiatives in this diverse agribusiness that also includes a commodity and forage crop program as well as a beef cattle enterprise.
Dominic graduated summa cum laude and as a University Honors Scholar from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, Animal Science, and Soil & Crop Science. He is a former Boettcher Scholar and was actively engaged in the Intercollegiate Judging teams in the Department of Animal Science at CSU.
In addition to the Colorado State University System, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Charles Mesa Water District and the Boettcher Scholar Alumni Board. Previously, Dominic was a board member of the Colorado Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association and was a founding member and President of the Pueblo Chile Growers Association. He has volunteered with the Western Sustainable Agricultural Research and Education technical review committee and on local advisory boards in Pueblo.

Dr. Easley is a seasoned education leader with over four decades of experience, dedicated to transforming public education through strategic advising and innovative initiatives. As the founder of Easley Found Solutions, LLC, he leverages his extensive expertise to provide strategic guidance to education nonprofits, foundations, and school districts. Throughout his career, Dr. Easley has held various executive leadership positions, including serving as CEO of the Denver Scholarship Foundation, a $50M charity committed to supporting Denver Public School students in achieving their college aspirations. Dr. Easley's leadership extends to elected and appointed positions, including his tenure as President of the Denver Public Schools Board of Education and his current role as Vice Chair of the Colorado State University System Board of Governors. He has also served on various boards, including as board president of the National College Attainment Network and board treasurer of School Board Partners. Dr. Easley's academic background is marked by a dedication to supporting the academic success and college completion of Black and Latinx students, as evidenced by his master's and doctoral research. He maintains a robust network of K-12 and higher education professionals across Colorado and the United States, reflecting his commitment to creating opportunities for first-generation, low-income, and ethnically minoritized students.
As Chief Academic Officer, Dr. Roze Hentschell works with the three Colorado State University campuses on matters related to academic and student affairs. She serves as the primary liaison between the CSU System and the Colorado Division of Higher Education, sitting on the Academic Council of CDHE and advises System leadership on legislative affairs that relate to academic matters. Dr. Hentschell also works to advance the Board of Governors strategic priorities across the system.
She served for seven years as the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Programs in the College of Liberal Arts at CSU Fort Collins. Dr. Hentschell recently completed the American Council on Education (ACE) Fellows program, immersed in the study and practice of higher education leadership, both with the ACE curriculum and in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at the University of California San Diego, her host campus.
Dr. Hentschell received her B.A. from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and her M.A. and Ph.D in English from University of California, Santa Barbara. A scholar of renaissance literature and culture, she is a professor of English at CSU Fort Collins, where she has taught since 2002, and has published numerous books and essays in her field.
Her most recent book, "Transforming Leadership Pathways for Humanities Professionals in Higher Educations," was published by Purdue University Press in 2023.

Dr. Tony Frank is the Chancellor of the CSU System. He previously served for 11 years as the 14th president of CSU in Fort Collins. Dr. Frank earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Wartburg College, followed by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois, and a Ph.D. and residencies in pathology and toxicology at Purdue. Prior to his appointment as CSU's president in 2008, he served as the University's provost and executive vice president, vice president for research, chairman of the Pathology Department, and Associate Dean for Research in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He was appointed to a dual role as Chancellor in 2015 and became full-time System chancellor in July 2019.

Henry Sobanet is a Colorado native, educated at Regis Jesuit High School, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Colorado. He completed a certificate in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University in 2024.
He began his professional career as an economist at the Colorado Legislative Council, the nonpartisan research office for the state legislature.
Henry's first employment at the Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting was in 1999 as deputy director. In September 2004, Governor Bill Owens appointed him to be director of the office where he served through the end of the term.
From 2007 to 2011, he was president of Colorado Strategies LLC, a firm that specialized in economics, public affairs, and strategic management, notably in the areas of state tax policy, ballot issues, health care, and advising members of the business community.
In 2011, Governor John Hickenlooper asked Henry to return as director of the Office of State Planning and Budgeting. During his tenure, OSPB created a performance management academy for state government leadership, fostered the adoption of lean process improvement efforts in all state departments, and re-wrote the State's strategic planning and performance management law. These efforts received both in-state and national accolades in several books, articles, and an academic review from the University of Colorado.
In August of 2018, Henry became the chief financial officer of the CSU System. In this role, he covered system-wide financial issues and long-term planning, annual budgeting, treasury functions, and government affairs. From 2020-2024, he added the role of senior vice chancellor for administration & government relations. He now serves as treasurer and senior advisor to the Chancellor.
Henry has served on a number of boards and commissions, including the Colorado Transportation Commission and the Second Judicial District Nominating Commission. In 2020, Henry received a Terry J. Stevinson Fellowship for transportation issues at the Common Sense Policy Roundtable think tank.

Jannine Mohr serves as Deputy General Counsel where she oversees the legal team at the CSU campus in Fort Collins. She has been a member of the Office of the General Counsel for the CSU System since 2008. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from CSU and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Prior to serving as university counsel, Ms. Mohr was a law clerk for the Honorable Barry Ted Moskowitz in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Following her clerkship, she was an attorney in private practice in Denver for several years.
Ms. Mohr has presented on various legal topics both nationally and internationally. She taught the Law in Student Affairs course in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at CSU from fall 2008 to spring 2019. She was nominated by SAHE students for the 2014 College of Health and Human Sciences Best Teacher Award. In 2018, Ms. Mohr was the recipient of the Dean's Recognition Award from CSU's College of Natural Sciences.
In 2011 and 2015, Ms. Mohr was appointed by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper to serve on the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission where she served as Vice-Chair from 2012 to 2018 and Chair from 2018 to 2019.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Mohr worked as a United States Senate staff member in Washington, D.C. and California.
Jason Johnson was appointed General Counsel for the CSU System effective Jan. 1, 2017, after serving as the Deputy General Counsel where he had oversight of the provision of legal services to Colorado State University and helped manage and protect the legal interests of the CSU System. Jason earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Pepperdine University in 1995, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1999. Before joining CSU's Office of the General Counsel in 2008, Jason worked in Denver practicing commercial and intellectual property litigation, real estate law, and corporate law. Raised in Fort Collins and a graduate of Fort Collins High School, Jason lives in Fort Collins with his wife and two children.
All Office of the General Counsel staff report to Jason. He has overall responsibility and supervision for all legal matters pertaining to the Board of Governors, the System, and the institutions it governs including Colorado State University, CSU Pueblo and CSU Global.

Jim Dillon joined Internal Audit on July 5, 2022.
Prior to joining Internal Audit, Jim held the IT Audit Services Director and other IT Audit positions at the University of Colorado (CU) since 1999, including a nearly six-year hiaitus/post as the Program Director for Identity and Access Management, Applications, and Data Services at the University of Colorado Boulder. He also established the Internal Audit function under its new director at CompUSA and worked at Texas Instruments (TI) as a Senior IT Auditor and for seven years as a Software Design and Software Systems Engineer for the Defense Systems and Electronics Group (DSEG).
Jim received a Master's in Business Policy and Strategy from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and is an alumnus of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Jocelyn Hittle is primarily focused on helping to create the CSU System's new Spur campus at the National Western Center, and on supporting campus sustainability goals across CSU's campuses. She sits on the Denver Mayor's Sustainability Advisory Council, on the Advisory Committee for the Coors Western Art Show, and is a technical advisor for the AASHE STARS program.
Prior to joining CSU, Jocelyn was the Associate Director of PlaceMatters, a national urban planning think tank, and worked for the Orton Family Foundation. She has a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton, and a Masters in Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
Jocelyn grew up in Colorado and spends her free time in the mountains or exploring Denver.

Johnna Doyle joined the Office of the General Counsel in October 2011. Previously, she worked for three years in private practice in Wyoming before returning to Pueblo to work in the District Attorney's Office as a prosecutor for five years. Kate Siegel Shimko joined the CSU System on Nov. 1, 2022, as assistant vice chancellor for community engagement, a newly created position in which she will focus on government relations involving the state executive branch and the city and county of Denver, as well as work to further relationships with the business community.
For more than 10 years, Siegel Shimko has worked in state and national politics, with experience ranging from consulting and fundraising to development of strategy. Most recently, she served as director of boards and commissions in the Colorado Governor's Office, overseeing the appointment of more than 2,200 people to 300-plus state-level boards and commissions over a period of almost four years.
Siegel Shimko was named vice chancellor for administration and government relations in 2024.

Kerri Conway joined the Colorado State University System in 2018 and serves as Special Advisor to the Chancellor and Director of International Agriculture at the new Spur Campus. A thought leader in international agriculture development with more than 25 years of experience in the design, management, implementation, and scaling of innovative ideas, Kerri has a passion for formulating new ways to capture learning, share knowledge, and build effective partnerships and successful programs.
Her experience includes designing global policy dialogues, moving emerging technologies to market, and creating platforms for sustainable development and impact. Her partners and clients include groups such as The World Bank, The U.S. Agency for International Development, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Global Crop Trust, The International Food Policy Research Institute, and other Centers in the CGIAR.

Lauren McMaster joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2019. Lauren previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Higher Education Unit at the Colorado Attorney General's Office, where she represented the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Fort Lewis College, and Colorado Mesa University. Prior to her time at the AG, Lauren worked in the Office of University Counsel at the University of Colorado Boulder. Lauren specializes in advising on matters related to board governance, compliance, Title IX, and student affairs. She holds a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
Prior to joining the CSU System in 2008, Linda Schutjer spent fourteen years in the General Counsel's Office at The George Washington University where she worked closely with the Dean of Students and Disability Support Services to address dangerous and distressed students and employees on campus, in addition to being primarily responsible for contract review and technology transfer.
Linda holds a J.D. from Temple Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and an M.P.A. and B.A. from Penn State. She has also completed the course work towards her L.L.M. in intellectual property at The George Washington University.

Louis Martin is the founder and CEO of Round River Resource Management, LLC, a land and livestock management company dedicated to managing ranch lands and livestock for economic and ecological sustainability. Louis has been involved in the ranching industry for over forty years and a student of holistic management since 1985. As a graduate of Texas A&M University, Louis served as the manager of the TAMU Beef Center for 18 years, before moving to eastern Utah to manage a large public lands ranch near Vernal. In 2003, Louis moved to Colorado, and in 2008, founded Round River after being selected to lease and manage the Brett Gray Ranch by the Colorado State Land Board and The Nature Conservancy. Today, Round River manages of over 75,000 acres of ranch lands, using regenerative, time-controlled grazing practices and livestock as tools to restore ranch lands and provide profitability to land and livestock owners while offering a pathway into ranching for aspiring agriculturists through an internship/apprenticeship/mentoring program.

Rico Munn, J.D., has a robust background in higher education leadership as well as experience in the private sector as a corporate litigator for Fortune 500 companies. Munn spent a decade as superintendent of Aurora Public Schools, served as executive director of the Colorado Department of Higher Education and of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies - he served on the Colorado Board of Education from 2003-2007. Munn's knowledge of the Colorado State University System also runs deep, as he served on the Board of Governors of the CSU System from 2013-2020, including two years as chair of the Board of Governors.
Munn most recently served as Chief of Staff for CSU President Amy Parsons, where he was responsible for coordinating across the institution to implement the administration's strategic priorities, plans and initiatives. Munn graduated with a BA from Midland Lutheran College and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He also has a graduate certificate in crisis management from St. Joseph's University.
Prior to working in IA, Rose worked as a risk analyst for a small consulting firm. Rose is an alumna of Colorado State University and has passed the Certified Fraud Examiner assessment. She is currently a member of both the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Senator Polly Baca served in both the Colorado House of Representatives (1975-1978) and the Colorado Senate (1979-1986). She was the first woman elected to chair the Democratic Caucus of the Colorado House (1977), the first woman of color and first Hispanic woman elected to the Colorado State Senate (1978-1986), the first Hispanic woman in the U.S. to be nominated by a major political party for the U.S. Congress (1980 Democratic Party Congressional nominee), and the first Hispanic woman to co-chair two National Democratic Conventions (1980 and 1984). Sen. Baca was also the first person of color to be elected to the Colorado State Legislature from Adams County (1974). She served as Vice Chair of the National Democratic Party for eight years, from 1981 to 1989.
Sen. Baca has worked for three Presidents of the United States. She was a Public Information Officer for a White House Agency during the Lyndon B. Johnson Administration, was the Rocky Mountain States Coordinator for President Jimmy Carter's 1980 Presidential campaign, and was Special Assistant to President Bill Clinton for Consumer Affairs and Director of the United States Office of Consumer Affairs. Sen. Baca served as a National Co-Chair of Catholics for Obama in 2012 and National Co-Chair of Catholics for Biden/Harris in 2020. At the 2016 National Democratic Convention, Sen. Baca served as the Colorado Whip Captain for the Hillary Clinton for President campaign.
Recognition received by Sen. Baca includes being inducted into the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame, the Colorado Latino Hall of Fame, and the National Hispanic Hall of Fame, being listed in the World Who's Who of Women, Who's Who in American Politics, and Who's Who in the West. She is a recipient of the 2020 Colorado Governor's Citizenship Vanguard Legacy Medal.
Four organizations have named awards in honor of Polly. In 2020, Cong. Joe Neguse announced an award in Congressional District 2 named the Polly Baca Raices Fuertes Community Service Award and the Colorado Latino Leadership and Research Organization (CLLARO) announced the Polly Baca Social Justice Award. In 2023, the Denver Democratic Party announced the Polly Baca Democrat of the Year Award and the Latino Coalition of Weld County announced the Polly Baca Leadership Award.
Sen. Baca received a B.A. degree in political science from Colorado State University, an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from the University of Northern Colorado and an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa. In April 2012, the Denver Post listed Sen. Baca as one of the 75 Most Influential Women of Colorado.

Baca had two children, Monica Barragan Perez and Miguel Baca Barragan, and grandchildren: Eduardo Manuel Perez, Jr., Elicia Monica Perez, Elianna Mila Perez, step-granddaughter Dr. Rhiannon Garcia, and step-grandson-in-law Sergio Garcia. Her daughter, Monica, is a mental health clinician, and her son, Miguel, was a radio talk show host before he passed in January 2022.

Susy Serrano joined Internal Audit in Aug. 2008.
Prior to joining Internal Audit, Susy worked in the Federal Service for nine years, primarily as an auditor with the Department of Energy's Office of Inspector General. Susy also worked as a budget analyst for the National Park Service.
Susy is a member of the Association of College and University Auditors, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Susy is an alumna of Colorado State University.

Tiana Kennedy serves as the Associate Vice President of Communications for Colorado State University and holds a dual role as leading communications for the CSU System, which is made up of three campuses: CSU in Fort Collins, CSU Pueblo, and CSU Global.
In her current position, Tiana works to develop connections and synergy between the System office and the main campus. She manages communications for the flagship CSU campus, which includes the content development and media team, issues management, and strategic connections with colleges and units. In her parallel function at the System, Tiana manages communications for the Board of Governors and the CSU System office and its initiatives, including CSU Spur, the CSU Todos Santos Center, Colorado Futures Center, Together We Grow, and the North American Agricultural Advisory Network.
After originally joining Colorado State University in 2008, Tiana has held a variety of roles for the university at its Denver office prior to moving to the main campus in 2023. Throughout her time at CSU, she has held roles in Alumni Relations and served as a CSU faculty member, teaching Strategic Digital Communications in the Master of Communications and Media Management program. A CSU alumna, Tiana holds a bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism and a master's degree in Business Administration.
Tiana is a former newspaper journalist and has worked in numerous leadership roles within public and media relations, outreach, and communications. She founded a Denver non-profit called PawsCo, a foster-based animal rescue focused on supporting the shelter system. Tiana ran the 350-volunteer organization in a volunteer capacity for 7 years, until early 2021, and now serves as a board member for the organization.
She invests heavily in her community and was a Northern Colorado 40 Under 40 awardee in 2005, a Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 awardee in 2017, is a graduate of Leadership Denver 2018, Impact Denver 2015, and the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program in 2010. She also participated in the Denver Leadership Foundation's Leadership Exchange (LEX) 2021 and Access Denver in 2016.
Tiana is passionate about sustainability, access to education, and animal welfare. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and live music. Tiana and her husband Matt are foster parents and live in Fort Collins with their rescue dogs: Tofu and Murray and frequently another foster dog.
