Anne is a Founder and Managing Partner of Clarity Technology Partners. She works closely with her partners to facilitate the growth of CTP and drive strategy.
Prior to starting CTP, Anne founded Clarity Staffing alongside current partner, Kelly Swanson. Over the course of nearly two decades, the two built one of the strongest brands in NY staffing before a successful exit and desire to focus squarely on CTP and family.
Anne was appointed to serve on the Virginia Board for Workforce Development and is on the board of VA21, a non-profit in Richmond. She is active with other local charities as well.
Anne is a University of Richmond graduate with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage daughters and dog, Haze. She won't admit it, but she thinks dogs are people, and loves them as such.

Beth joined Clarity Technology Partners in August of 2016. With over 15 years' experience in the industry, she keeps the company running like a well-oiled machine. Beth prides herself on her ability to multitask, which is necessary given the number of hats she wears on any given day. She handles all HR issues or concerns, processes payroll for the entire consultant population (as well as internal payroll), helps manage the books, administers the various benefit programs CTP offers, and handles all accounts receivable and payable. In her free time, Beth volunteers in her community doing a variety of tasks. She also enjoys shooting pool and spending time at the park with her son.
Cindy is a Technology Recruiter at CTP. She's had the privilege of living in various places around the world, but none compare New York City. She moved to New York to obtain her bachelor's from The City College of New York. Like many New Yorkers, she's hustled her way through, meeting lots of fantastic people along the way. Recruiting fell into her lap when her journey began at CTP. In her free time, Cindy can be found in Brooklyn connecting with local artists at shows or watching and studying films. And when she's not doing that, she is spending quality time with her girlfriends trying new restaurants.

Collin joined CTP in January 2018 after interning with the firm while attending school. He is currently the Business Development Manager leading the Southern California expansion efforts, while he continues to support some of his Bay Area clients. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a BA in Communication Studies and a Minor in Integrated Marketing Communications. Collin started with CTP as a Technology Recruiter and after his success in recruiting and a desire to build a new territory and work directly with clients, he quickly moved into a Business Development role in October of 2018. Collin's favorite thing about his job is the chance he gets to connect with clients and candidates, not just as a trusted advisor, but as a partner in the advancement of their career. In his free time, you can find Collin at a brewery with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Callie; or playing a round of golf with friends. And rooting for the Broncos, always.
Daniel comes to CTP after spending over 20 years in the restaurant industry. His career was built by a tenacious aptitude for building a business, developing talent, and striving to lead operational excellence. It is his passion for people and managing them through their career trajectory that brought him into the recruiting field. He believes the foundation of any successful venture is its people. Daniel lives in Charlotte, NC and supports the East Coast team at CTP. He is an avid gardener, chef, and restaurant enthusiast. Most importantly, the center of his world are his two daughters that light up his existence everyday of their lives.

Greg is the CEO of Clarity Technology Partners and fortunate to be a Partner and Co-founder alongside Anne Schlussler and Kelly Swanson. With nearly 25 years of Industry experience, he brings positive leadership to the company and a motto of "always do the right thing." More than anything, he enjoys being a part of others' success and in seeing them hit their goals.
Greg is on the Board of Directors for the CIO Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) charity organization made up of all volunteers, working to provide endowments for many of the Bay Area's (CA) colleges and universities with endowments. These endowments create scholarship opportunities for students of need that are working to obtain their CS or related degree.
Greg grew up in Denver, CO, before heading west to earn his BS in Business Administration and Economics from St Mary's College of CA. When he isn't working, he is likely spending time with his wife and 3 children. You might find him coaching or watching them play sports. When he's lucky he might be out playing golf or crying over his Denver Broncos.

Jasmine is a Senior Account Manager at CTP. She grew up in Tucson, Arizona where she also earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Arizona. After graduating, she moved to Dallas, Texas where she soon got into recruitment and sales within the staffing industry. Outside of work, you can find Jasmine trying new restaurants, enjoying a glass of wine with friends, and either hiking, at the gym, or doing a Pilates class.

Kelly is a Founder and Managing Partner at CTP. She oversees day-to-day operations and works closely with her partners to facilitate the growth of CTP
Prior to starting CTP, Kelly successfully founded and exited Clarity Staffing, a recruiting firm that offered businesses in the New York Metro area. Clarity still operates today as one of New York City's leading HR and Clerical staffing firms under new leadership.
Kelly is affiliated with the Women Owned Business Enterprise, National Charity League, Chief (for women in executive leadership roles), as well as, the C200 Protégé program.
Kelly graduated from UCLA in 1992 with a BA in History. When she is not hard at work she loves spending time with her husband and their 3 children traveling, skiing, golfing, and coaching. Kelly also has a love of reading historical novels, jumping off diving boards, pranks, and embarrassing her children.

Khang is the VP of Sales and Operations for CTP. He brings over 20 years of experience in the technology staffing and consulting space including over 14 in a leadership capacity. He leads sales, delivery and optimizes operations. Khang's breadth of experience spans from small, start-up environments all the way through large enterprise publicly traded organizations. Based out of the SF Bay Area, his scope of experience includes not just the domestic US but also Canada, Mexico, China and Southeast Asia.
Outside of work, Khang and his family are supporters of the No Kid Hungry campaign and active members of the Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation (NSF). No Kid Hungry is a national campaign run by Share Our Strength, a nonprofit organization working to solve problems of hunger and poverty in the United States and around the world. The Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation (NSF) is a nonprofit organization supporting those diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome, their families and the ongoing search for a cure.
Khang's passion these days are defined by the busy activities schedule of his daughter, Ellie, and son, Cameron. If he's not working, you can find Khang shuttling his children between piano lessons, gymnastics, swimming, golf, basketball and baseball (and if time permits watching a Tarheels, Lakers, or Dolphins game). Khang and his wife, Lindsey, are also proud parents of an Australian Labradoodle, Bailey.
Kyle attended the University of Oregon prior to starting his recruiting career. In 2013 he joined a startup IT recruiting firm in his hometown near San Francisco. Kyle recently relocated to Florida to be closer to his family. He's a sports nut and enjoys everything sports related. Especially rooting for some of his favorite teams; the LA Lakers, SF Giants and the SF 49ers.

Liza is an Associate Creative Recruiter at CTP. She was born and raised in the Midwest, calling Columbus, Ohio her home. She began her college career by playing Division 1 lacrosse for San Diego State University. While it was difficult to give up her passion for athletics, she was thrilled to graduate as a Buckeye from The Ohio State University, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Ready for a change of scenery, she moved to Dallas, TX and eventually fell into the recruiting industry! In her free time, Liza enjoys trying new restaurants, fitness, fashion, photography, art and traveling.

Mahely Estrada is a Senior Technology Recruiter at CTP. Before becoming a Recruiter, she worked in retail Audio-Video sales for over 10 years where she designed custom residential solutions. She still knows her stuff when it comes to home entertainment!
Mahely's foundation, built off integrity and empathy, has made relationship building second nature. She enjoys helping people find their next project or career move and takes pride in helping craft a great experience to what can be a painful process if not done right. The impact she makes on peoples' lives is her favorite part of her job.
Mahely, a First Generation Mexican American, was raised in Chula Vista, California. On the weekends, you can usually find her at Disneyland with her family, or binge watching the latest hit series. Mahely also enjoys photography, and while she is no Jimi Hendrix, she has been playing guitar since 2002.

Matthew is an experienced Business Development Manager and a senior lead for the New York and East Coast team at CTP. He has been in the industry for over 7 years, beginning as a Tech Recruiter in Manhattan. His favorite part about his job is being able to build relationships and form meaningful and successful partnerships. He truly loves connecting with people. Matthew is married with 2 awesome little kids (and a 3 rd on the way!). Originally from Long Island, New York, he currently lives in northern New Jersey. He loves being in the ocean and on the beach, playing soccer, and drinking wine with his wife. Although, these days it's mostly dance parties in the house with the little kids.
Nico is a Technology Recruiter and recent college graduate from California State University at Chico. He majored in Business Administration with an option in Accounting, as well as a minor in International Studies. Nico grew up in the Los Angeles area (Go Dodgers!) and currently resides in Orange County.
In his free time, Nico might be found watching his beloved FC Barcelona, playing fetch with his Dachshund Maisie, or hitting golf balls for hours on end. His favorite thing about his job is talking to a variety of different people from all over the country and helping them find their perfect job!
