Dr. David Walczyk is a New York State licensed psychotherapist and psychoanalyst who helps individuals transform their personal and professional psychological difficulties so that they live healthier and more meaningful lives... Before becoming a therapist, I worked professionally within the creative practices of arts and design for many years. During some of that time, I was a Public Policy Fellow at the United States National Academy of Sciences in Washington D.C., where I worked on policy related to valuation and support of the creative practices. I was also a visiting scholar at the United States Library of Congress in Washington D.C., and I am the co-founder of the Cultural Information Lab at Pratt Institute.
