DENNON began studying Ballroom and Latin dancing at age 12. From there, thanks to Ballet Mistress Suzanne Skeel, he began a serious love affair with Ballet that continues to this day. It's at this point he started tapping. Through a series of circumstances beyond his control, he discovered musical theater in High School. After a couple shows for Long Beach Civic Light Opera, he began working toward a career in ballet. After discovering the emotion and dynamics of jazz he joined the STEVEN PECK JAZZ COMPANY. Along with Jazz and Latin he continued his Ballet training with Margaret Hills and Stanley Holden at the Holden Dance Center in W.L.A. He credits his mentor, creative father and good friend Dance Master/Actor/Choreographer/Director Steven Peck for his vast knowledge in Jazz, the Latin Dances, Partnership and Performance Skills.
