She is a crazy dog lover and spends most of her time with her two fluffy dogs!
Doctor Courtney Killough is passionate about dentistry because it gives her the ability to improve the self-worth of her patients. She also enjoys educating the community on the best practices of caring for their oral health. Dr. Killough graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Biology and Spanish. In 2017 Dr. Killough graduated from Dental School at Virginia Commonwealth University where she was active in college improvement projects. We are very fortunate that she eventually settled in California, and was able to join our Morgan Hill Dental Care team. Her caring and thorough treatment style fits so well with our other team members. Outside the office, Dr. Killough's activities include poetry writing, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and cooking new recipes. We are confident that you will be thrilled to have Dr. Killough as your dental care provider.

Dr. Shahrzad Afghani is an excellent Dentist and valued member of the Morgan Hill Dental Care Team. She graduated in 2009 with a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California Berkeley. After spending time working in various research laboratories, Dr. Afghani decided that she could use her valuable laboratory knowledge to directly help people by becoming a Dentist. She graduated with her Doctor of Dental Science degree in 2017 from the University of California San Francisco. She has practiced Dentistry in California since her graduation, but she still finds time to continue her research. By continuing to learn, Dr. Afghani finds new ways to better care for her patients. She feels that informing her patients on how to better care for themselves will benefit their lives for years to come. When she is not working or learning new things, Dr. Afghani enjoys the beautiful California scenery.
Dr. Theodore Looney is the newest addition to the Morgan Hill Dental Care Family. Dr. Theo is originally from Seattle, Washington, where his passion for dentistry developed from a young age. Dr. Theo attended Santa Clara University, graduating in 2020 with a degree in Public Health Sciences and minors in Biology and Communication. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery training from The University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, where he had the opportunity to work alongside industry leading faculty in restorative and preventative dentistry.
Dr. Rosen grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. She is the oldest of 5 siblings and grew up in a family of healthcare professionals. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in German studies and a minor in chemistry. She completed her dental degree at UCLA and then completed her pediatric dentistry residency at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, one of the top 10 children's hospitals in the U.S. During her final year of residency, she was honored to be chosen as the chief resident. Upon graduation from residency, Dr. Rosen moved to the Bay Area to join her husband. They now call Los Gatos home and have a son, Oliver, and a daughter, Esme. In her free time, Dr. Rosen loves to travel the world, ski, and spend time with her family!
Dr. Rosen loves being a pediatric dentist because kids are full of positive energy! It is always so refreshing to see the world through their eyes. As a pediatric dentist, she loves having the privilege of promoting good oral hygiene practices and making dental visits a positive experience for patients at a very young age. She hopes that starting healthy habits early will lead to a lifetime of good oral health.
Dr. Reddy is a huge sports enthusiast! When he is not in scrubs, he can be found rocking his favorite Bay Area teams. Be sure to come to your appointment wearing your team gear too!
Dr. Del Carmen enjoys being THE Orthodontist at Morgan Hill Dental Care! She believes a great smile is important for optimal oral health, functions, and self-esteem. After 18 years practicing Orthodontics, Dr. Del Carmen is still excited about improving smiles with traditional braces, but she also enjoys introducing patients to all the new ways there are to straighten teeth. She is known for educating her patients on the physics of tooth movement and making children excited about improving their smiles!

Trisha Misner became a Registered Dental Hygienist from San Joaquin Valley College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
