Managing Principal Donald R. Hehir, Jr. has been helping clients protect their assets and meet their sophisticated planning needs for more than four decades. He began his career in 1983 with MetLife, and in 2001 joined Sagemark Consulting, where he became a Managing Principal in 2005. Donald R. By establishing Donald Hehir & Associates in 2010, Donald added independence to the benefits he could offer clients - benefits that include the highest standards of personal service and financial planning insight gained through decades of experience meeting complex financial challenges in a wide range of market environments. Donald earned his Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Accredited Estate Planner designations at The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a Registered Principal, holding the Series 6, 7, 24 and 63 through Commonwealth Financial Network, and serves clients in states across the country.

Douglas Snow

Douglas Snow coordinates research, portfolio allocation and the tactical implementation of client portfolios at Donald Hehir & Associates. With objectivity and a client's best interest as his guide, he makes decisions in accordance with the expressed goals of a client, whether a trustee, individual or family. His due diligence is supported by a variety of independent research tools, including those provided by Commonwealth Financial Network.

Jason DiDio

Job Titles:
  • Registered Planning Associate
Jason DiDio is our Registered Planning Associate and is formally involved with all aspects of our clients' financial plans. From plan inception to the ongoing cash flow, asset management, and cashiering needs of our clients, Jason is involved with the client, the team, and our clients' other advisors - including their attorney, accountant, or bookkeeper. He is well-versed in the complexities associated with retirement plans and their distribution rules, the integration of each with the client's overall objectives. He holds the Life, Health and Annuity licenses from New York State and both Series 7 and 66 registrations from FINRA. Jason graduated from SUNY Cortland with a bachelor's degree in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance Management. Prior to joining Donald Hehir & Associates, he was a Financial Professional at Equitable Advisors. In his free time, Jason likes to spend time with friends and family, exercise, and try out new recipes. (Or, as he says; "training to be the next Gordon Ramsey"!)

Nicholas Martin

Job Titles:
  • Registered Junior Associate / Analyst
Nicholas Martin serves as a liaison between our investment and planning teams. In this role, Nick assists in the development of third-party and back-office research and analytics to quantify our planning observations and recommendations. In addition, Nick supports client review meetings by preparing the necessary updates and related materials. When not combing through reports or working on a net worth and cash flow summary, you might find Nick dangling from a rock face, as he is an avid hiker and rock climber. He is a Registered Associate, holding the Series 7 and Series 66 through Commonwealth Financial Network. Nick has a BS && MS in Finance from Stony Brook University. Prior to joining Donald Hehir & Associates, he interned at the budget office for the School of Engineering at Stony Brook.

Olivia Hehir

Job Titles:
  • Office Administrator
Olivia is the primary point of contact at the firm and is the liaison between our clients, advisors, and back office. In addition to this interaction, Olivia is responsible for maintaining administrative policies and procedures, books and records, client deposits, and compliance. In addition, Olivia oversees our client database, workflow submission, and technology platforms. Prior to her current position, Olivia worked on the Window Production team for five years at the world-famous Macy's Department store on Herald Square in Manhattan. Olivia is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in Fine Art and minor in Religious Studies.
