With over 30 year's experience in the facilities industry, Joel has worked in operations and commercial janitorial services. His expertise in dealing with private sector, union and non-union shops as well as in-house operations and contracted facilities maintenance providers, makes him an invaluable resource to customers.
Focused on Customer relationships and Sales, Joel understands that asking for proper job specifications is just the beginning to developing long-term, satisfied customers. Joel is an active member of the community as well as BNI (Business Network International), and the Greece Chamber of Commerce.
Joel is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. Joel enjoys cooking (self-taught), landscaping, home improvements and is a "cat dad". Joel also enjoys helping others achieve their maximum potential personally or professionally.
With proven analytical, managerial and leadership abilities, Susan draws upon her extensive experience in leading teams and individuals to achieve goals by developing and promoting best practices. Her attention to detail enables DOC'S to accurately produce financial reporting and budget projections for each segment of DOC'S customers, as needed.
