DR. GREGORY HILLYARD - Key Persons
Alicia Little has worked with Dr. Hillyard's office for three years. She graduated from Brightwood Technical School in April of 2018 and was hired a month later with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She chose to become a dental assistant because every patient and procedure is different and she especially loves working with people! She is beyond great full to work for Dr. Hillyard. He makes the staff and patients feel safe and keeps up on all the latest technology.
She is recently married and has a son Alexander and a dog Lea. Her favorite thing is spending time with them and going to Buttonwood in the summer!
Barbara Zerr has worked in Dr. Hillyard's dental office for 2 years. She received a bachelor of science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Barbara has over twenty-five years of experience in the medical field, including working at the Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and in-home care for Home Nurse and Main Line Health.
She enjoys working with a professional, friendly, compassionate, and personable staff, and she loves to be able to greet patients with a friendly smile, assisting them and the staff however she can.
Danielle O'Donnell has worked in Dr. Hillyard's office for 10 years. She earned her degree from Harcum College in 2005. Danielle loves working in Dr. Hillyard's office with state of the art equipment that allows her to treat all of her patients with the very highest level of care. Patients love Danielle's thorough, yet gentle, cleanings.
Janice Carr has been with Dr. Hillyard's dental office for 17 years. She graduated from McCarrie Technical School in 1987 with a degree in dental lab technology and went on to Harcum College where she received her license to become an expanded function dental assistant. She enjoys working in an office equipped with the very latest in dental technology for their patients.
Kristen Clark has served as the office manager supporting Dr. Hillyard and his team for the past 18 years. Her most important job is interacting with our patients and ensuring their visit is as comfortable as possible. She is available to answer any questions they may have, including helping our patients understand their insurance coverage and benefits.
Working in the office for so many years, she has established meaningful relationships with both patients and their families, and she appreciates being a part of such a highly qualified dental team. For her, the office team has become her second family and she could not imagine working anywhere else.
Mary Beth Rafferty has worked with Dr. Hillyard for 28 years. When she first started working in the practice, he personally trained her to be the full-time receptionist and dental assistant. As the office grew, from just the two of them to full dental staff, her responsibilities have changed, as did the size of the practice. Today, the office has the most up to date dental sterilization lab, x-Ray equipment, and computer programs.
Mary Beth loves that whether she is working at the front desk or assisting Dr. Hillyard, they are able to provide the best care for their patients. She touts Dr. Hillyard as an amazing person and doctor, who has helped make the office one big happy family.
Michele Miller has worked in Dr. Hillyard's office for 17 years. She graduated from the Community College of Philadelphia in 1981 and worked in several well respected general and periodontal dental practices before joining Dr. Hillyard's office.
Michele is regarded by many as one of the best hygienists in our area and works hard to ensure that all her patients have the very best oral care. After all these years, she still finds it rewarding to work with patients in achieving good oral health. Working with Dr. Hillyard's practice has enabled her to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry.
Noreen Kenny has been employed in Dr. Hillyard's office for 3 months. She has worked as a dental assistant for 8 years. Noreen graduated from Harcum college with an associates degree dental assisting. Noreen loves working with patients and likes to help them feel comfortable.
