I am a hands on leader who loves solving complex problems. I have worked on small personal projects all the way up to large corporate projects that get millions of hits per month. Regardless of the size I prefer to use the KISS methodology while getting things done... Graduated with a BA in Psychology from Purdue University in 2006. I added Psychology as a second degree after taking a few courses and am very interested in finding ways to combine computer science and pyschology... Eric Sanders is a Senior Software Engineering at Wellspring Worldwide and also does free-lance work on the side. He is currently a Movember particpant sporting a creepy mustache.
