Ajit Charvat brings more than 16 years of IT experience to the education sector, where he has dedicated the last 9 years to serving international schools. Dr. Arnaz Ranji Charna earned her Master's Degree in Medical Genetics from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and her PhD in Molecular Genetics from Ohio State University. She is a published author, and has also completed her post-doctoral research at Northwestern University where she worked on developments in synthetic biology.
Before joining Edubridge, Arnaz worked with an organization that helped connect students with higher education Institutions in the US. In the process, she has interacted with and guided many students who sought clarity & guidance with regards to higher education. Arnaz has been the senior school Biology teacher and University Guidance Counselor at EIS for eight years and had also spent four years as the Head of the Science Department before assuming the position of the Head of School. She is passionate about teaching and guiding students and remains committed to fostering a strong and thriving alumni network.

Mr. Purcell joined our school 20 years into his distinguished career in international teaching and educational development. He earned his Master's Degree in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin and taught at the following institutions: Huston-Tillotson College, the Science Academy of Austin, and Lyndon Baines Johnson Early College High School. In 2000, Mr. Purcell came to India, serving as the Head of Mathematics at the Mahindra United World College. Subsequently, he spent several years at the New International School of Thailand, where he taught math, science, history, and Theory of Knowledge. Mr Rraman Siingh is a seasoned educational leader with over two decades of experience in shaping and steering renowned IB institutions across India. His professional journey began in the corporate sector with leading organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank and NIIT Ltd, where he built a strong foundation in strategy and operations. However, it was his passion for transformative education that led him into the academic sphere.
As the former CEO of École Mondiale World School and the Co-Founder of Edubridge International School, Mr Siingh has consistently championed student-centric, inquiry-driven learning. His work as a consultant for numerous IB schools nationwide has enabled him to influence and strengthen institutional frameworks aligned with international best practices.
At EIS, Mr Siingh's leadership reflects a belief that true learning must be personalized, responsive, and rooted in well-being. Mr. Satish Chand Mathur, S C Mathur, IPS (Retd.)
Mr. Satish Chand Mathur retired from the Indian Police Service [IPS] as Director General of Police, Maharashtra. During his illustrious career spanning nearly 37 years, he held various sensitive and challenging assignments such as Commissioner of Police, Pune, Director of Anti-Corruption Bureau, Maharashtra culminating at the helm of an over 2.25 lakh force of Maharashtra Police as DGP. He also served in the Central Bureau of Investigation from 1996 to 2003. During his service in the Indian Police Service, he received several decorations for his outstanding service from the President of India.
He holds a Bachelors' degree in Arts and Masters' degree in Arts- History from Delhi University, St Stephen's College. He is a gold medal recipient of Delhi University for standing first in the B.A. (Hons) History exam, 1978. He ably handled the extremely arduous task of Chief of Mumbai Traffic from 2003 to 2007. Shri Mathur also served one of the then largest PSU in India viz., Air India (2007-2012) as Executive Director. He is currently engaged as an Advisor to Essar Capital Limited, Mumbai besides being an Independent Director on the Board of other companies.

Mrs. Parikh, a mother of three children, has long been a proponent of the IB Programmes. Having gone through traditional forms of schooling herself, she fully understands the value of holistic education, as opposed to the unquestioned rote-based learning that many Indian schools still provide. Having seen the positive impacts on her own children, she aspires to introduce more families to the IB Programmes. As an active EIS Board Member, she advocates for each child, ensuring that they are supported, empowered, encouraged to set high standards for themselves, and guided to compete with themselves, not with others. Abdul Kalam. With over a decade of teaching experience and a background as a graphic designer for Smart Potato (M.A.D. Pogo Channel), she combines artistic expertise with engaging instruction. Darlene Fisher EdD has worked for 40+ years in education. Her current work includes accreditation, consulting and coaching for NEASC as an International Accreditation Leader and also with the IB as a Lead Educator and workshop designer. She has worked with teacher training for ECIS and Cambridge (CIE), as well as mentoring heads of school and consulting on curricula and teacher development across Asia, Middle East and Europe.
Her work with schools involves focused development of leadership and teacher capacity to create, implement and evaluate learning which is authentic, appropriate for learners' current and possible future needs, and evaluation of impact.
Ms. Sanah Batta holds a degree in law from the O.P. Jindal Law School, India and a Masters in law. She practiced as an Advocate for a few years, however, for the love of education, decided to enter into policy and academia. Her area of expertise is Education Law and she is a Child Protection Specialist.
Sanah, in collaboration with FICCI ARISE (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Alliance for Reimaging School Education) has authored the School Safety & Child Protection Manual for schools in India which serves as a guide for implementation of child protection laws.
She is also the founder of NAVASHA, meaning new hope, a community outreach initiative that aims to protect children from violence and sexual abuse. She conducts sensitization and capacity building workshops for schools, NGOs, police and parents. She has successfully conducted training sessions for all stakeholders who work with children. She has successfully conducted sensitisation sessions for schools, trained teachers and counsellors across the country, impacting the lives of many children.
As the trustee and legal advisor to Bloom Public School, New Delhi, India, she advises and assists the school on various issues such as employment matters, labor concerns, compliances, student safety, communication with governmental authorities etc.
She is a Resource Person for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). Her role as a resource person entails creation of question papers, revision of the legal studies textbooks, creation of special legal modules and spreading legal awareness.

With a commendable 36-year career in the Indian Navy, he held pivotal roles, including Head of the Machinery Trials Unit, Director of the Indian Naval Ship Maintenance Authority, Commanding Officer of INS Shivaji (Engineering Training Establishment), and Director General of Naval Projects, Mumbai.
Following his naval service, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of Goa Shipyard Ltd. from 2010 to 2014. He then transitioned to the education sector, becoming the CEO of Bakhshi's Springdales Group of Schools under the Govind Ram Memorial Educational Society, Kota. In 2018, he was appointed Chairman and Independent Director of QGO Finance Ltd.
