Hello, I am Jonathan Kennedy, Jr. I am a third generation financial services provider in Richmond, VA. My grandfather, Irv, started in the financial services field over 70 years ago. Not long after, my father, Jon, joined him in the field. In 2002 I became the third generation of Kennedy's working with the businesses and families of Richmond.
Kathryn Dixon is the Office Manager at Endeavor Capital, LLC and began her position in August 2020. Kathryn oversees the daily office operations, manages client communications and case work, and provides executive support for Jonathan E. Kennedy, Jr. Prior to her job at Endeavor Capital, Kathryn worked for a non-profit organization in Richmond where she served in a variety of administrative roles with her main focus being customer support, database management, and event planning. Kathryn grew up in Richmond and attended John Tyler Community College and has an associate's degree in Human Services.
What do I do for fun? Traveling is definitely my first go-to activity! I love to travel abroad and a few of my favorite trips have been to Mexico, Ireland, and Germany! Getting to learn and experience life in another culture fascinates me and expands my perspective on life. Taking dance classes for ten years has made me a lover ballet performances and Broadway productions. The Richmond Ballet's performance of the Nutcracker every Christmas never disappoints! On weekends you will find me cooking new recipes, going hiking if the weather is nice, or reading a book with a café mocha in hand! Fall is my favorite season so bonfires, S'mores, apple picking, and homemade hot chocolate with family and friends are a must during the cooler months.
What are my dreams? For the people I interact with to feel seen and recognize their abilities that make them unique. From my own experience, I believe that acknowledging, accepting, and pursuing your own strength's is an essential factor to living an impactful life and fulfilling your dreams. I desire to inspire others to pursue their passions and make the most of each opportunity they encounter.

Katie Kennedy has held a variety of marketing and business development roles in various industries including legal, financial, and consumer electronics. Her experience is broad within this field and includes: launching multiple websites, managing million dollar marketing budgets, brand launches, print campaigns, search engine optimization efforts, event management, product development and launches, and project management.
Katie's efforts within Endeavor Capital include managing the online efforts such as the website and search engine optimization, communications for the firm, client appreciation events, and business development. In her new role as operations director, Katie oversees all aspects of our internal operations to make sure we are able to serve our clients to the highest standards possible. Her families business, Roman Mosaic and Tile is a 4th generation company that is 117 years old. Katie knows what it is like growing up in a family business and the mulit-generational impact this can have on a family. She is patient about solving problems and executing on our firms goals and clients dreams.
Born in Pennsylvania, Katie graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2002 with a BS in Marketing Management from the Pamplin School of Business. She currently is a PMP (Project Management Professional). In her free time Katie enjoys many outdoor activities such as lacrosse, running, tennis, hiking, biking and camping. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her family.
