Adam Klier

Adam is an experienced Planner with 7 years in municipal, land use, and regulatory planning. His project portfolio spans urban design, open space preservation, and sign ordinance drafting. He has honed a keen interest in sustainable urban design, specializing in green infrastructure, multi-modal transportation, and community resilience. As a vital member of the EHI team, Adam has excelled in public engagement, leading design charrettes, stakeholder meetings, and fostering collaboration. He has taken the helm on key projects, including the Paris/Bourbon County Demographics Report, Public Input and Analysis for Cardinal Run Park North's design, and Stakeholder engagement for the Lexington KY Development Process Report. Adam's dynamic leadership extends to various EHI initiatives, contributing to the Pikeville KY Unified Development Ordinance, the Red River Neighborhood Plan for Clarksville TN, the Franklin KY Comprehensive Plan, and the University of Louisville's Campus Master Plan. Cindy Lewis

Cindy provides administrative support to the Portsmouth Environmental Management (EM) Site Specific Advisory Board. She is an enthusiastic innovative professional with extensive experience in event management, and administrative. Cindy is passionate about event planning and will tap into her knowledge of event planning to develop, coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, seminars, networking events, and corporate events. She believes in giving back to the community and helping others. Cindy is an active member of the Jackson Lake Happy Camper.

Edward Holmes - President

Edward Holmes is a certified planner with over 35 years of experience focusing on incorporating sustainable planning strategies into redevelopment, master planning, environmental justice, and land use plans. As an urban planner and Principal in EHI Consultants, Ed has created sustainable development frameworks that provide benchmark considerations for future environmentally responsible planning and sustainable neighborhoods. Ed has direct experience with numerous public-sector and private-sector projects throughout the Southeast United States. He has been recognized by the planning profession for his planning efforts in neighborhood planning, environmental justice and farmland preservation. Ed's specialties include urban planning / urban design, environmental justice, adaptive reuse, neighborhood, housing, community land trusts, social equity and justice, concept development, site development programs, design guidelines / standards, green infrastructure and building practices.

Eric Roberts

Mr. Roberts is responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of the Department of Energy Paducah, Kentucky Citizen Advisory Board and the Portsmouth, Ohio, Portsmouth Site Specific Advisory Board. He oversees the management and administration of the staff while providing direction and support staff functions He provides public facilitation to the boards, while assisting the organization to identify goals and recommendations for economically feasible land uses for the gaseous diffusion site. He helps the group come to a consensus on initiatives put forward to DOE. His other roles with the boards include, assisting to define and initiate projects; assign task leads to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program; maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives for both EHI and DOE and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent; coordination of staff, volunteers and key federal and state regulators; reviewing and simplifying DOE documents for Board comments.

Hayly Wiggins

As an Administrative Assistant at EHI Consultants, a US Department of Energy contractor in Paducah, Kentucky, Hayly efficiently manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and ensures well-equipped meeting rooms. Julie A. Galloway

Julie provides administrative support to the Portsmouth Environmental Management (EM) Site Specific Advisory Board. Julie is a native Piketonian and has worked as a Program Manager for the last ten years. Her duties include develop and maintain the Portsmouth and Paducah websites, communicating with upper management, ensuring board growth and satisfaction. She received a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix with a focus in information technology. Julie developed a strong sense of devotion for the community volunteering for the local youth programs for nearly twelve years. This experience gave her a deep appreciation to improve the quality of life for our region; one program at a time. In addition to her program management work, Julie is also heavily involved in the county youth league. Julie volunteers with the youth league organization, which seeks to teach children to be a successful individual through sports.

Mike Peak

Mike Peak is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Masters in Civil Engineering. Mr. Peak joined EHI Consultants in 2005. As project engineer at EHI Consultants, Mr. Peak has performed multiple tasks for the design and production of roadway construction, airport design, and site design plans. Some examples of tasks completed for these plans include, drainage analysis, culvert analysis, site grading, maintenance-of-traffic (MOT) plans, permanent signage plans, permanent striping plans, quantity summaries, and cost estimates. Ryan Holmes

Mr. Holmes is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Community Planning, with roughly eight years of experience in land use and regulatory planning. Moreover, Mr. Holmes' responsibilities with EHI Consultants, focus on master planning, sustainable/green design, and greenfield/brownfield redevelopment strategies, which emphasize community revitalization, quality of life, and economic development. Mr. Holmes has played a key role for numerous green and sustainable municipal stormwater projects involving capital improvement planning and design, water quality planning, watershed management, and storm water management and planning. He has provided technical expertise in low impact development (LID), green infrastructure (GI), and stormwater best management practice (BMP) design and has the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Thomas Benford

Mr. Benford is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor in Communication. Mr. Benford has prior experience in commercial and residential energy assessments, Federal Aviation Administration DBE goal setting and program management, and public involvement.
