Throughout its life, Elderslie Farm has focused on respect and care for the land, sustainable practices, the opportunity to showcase the produce of local growers in our kitchen creations (whether casual or refined), warm hospitality and on a desire to provide a place of respite and conviviality for families near and far... Located in Kechi, Elderslie Farm began in 2010 when George Elder returned home and planted blackberries near his childhood home, just north of Wichita. Today, with his wife Katharine, the farm has grown to include an upscale, Instagram-worthy, farm-to-table restaurant, favorite of summertime-adventure for blackberry lovers, and home to the cutest goats imaginable with excellent locally-made cheeses... Elderslie Farm began as a blackberry and veggie-growing operation and sawmill/woodworks.
