Kierra has worked within several post secondary institutions in the Waterloo Region, focused in the areas of operations and human resources, which led her to pursue a career in continuous improvement to explore methods and tools where everyday processes and work can be improved for the organization, for employees, and for the end user. Kierra is passionate about the Waterloo Region and seeks to support organizations that building a strong sense of community and belonging.
Kierra currently serves on the board of Slate Church where she attends with her Fiance.

Peter works for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada as a technical project manager within internal logistics. He has extensive experience within operations and project management. He enjoys going on adventures either hiking or camping and playing ultimate frisbee.
Peter attends Slate Church with his family (he is currently not on Slate Church leadership).
