With his extensive managerial experience in China, Gary brings valuable consumer insights with reference to the growing Chinese community from mainland China. China is a large country with 23 provinces. Gary has traveled extensively across China and hence brings immense cultural insights, the application of which have produced dramatic results for many of our clients.
Gary completed his bachelor's degree in engineering in China followed by Masters and doctoral studies in the USA. Actively involved in different events and activities, Gary has a wide network and abundant contacts in the Chinese community.
Gary plays a significant role in shaping the strategic agenda for Canadian Chinese market segment. He helps facilitate the strategic management process and will also provide expertise and program management for specific strategic initiatives that are critical to the business success. His is also responsible for formulating senior management presentations, and interacting with his peers across the agency to ensure alignment and synergy.

Jaskaran with his excellent relations with students of local colleges and universities represents Ethos Communications Inc. very well among the youth. With his powerful networking skills he can achieve any sales targets.
Jojo started his career as a Design Studio Graphic Designer, after which moved to advertising as an Art Director for Lowe Manila (Formerly Ammirati Puris Lintas) located in the major financial district in the Philippines. He created various Print and Point Of Sale materials as well as TV storyboards for Ovaltine. He is part of the team who developed research insights that led to the award-winning Surf detergent "Wais" campaign for Unilever. Together with his creative team, he launched major campaigns for various Unilever brands such as AXE Deo cologne, SURF Detergent, Sunlight Detergent and Close Up toothpaste. Since migrating to Toronto Canada he continued his career doing creative work with an agency servicing the Transportation industry in Mississauga before his move to Ethos.
Liu graduated from the Bachelor of Applied Arts Illustration program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. She travels around the world, and is fluent in Japanese, Mandarine, and English.
She worked as a graphic artist for an appeal company in USA, and is proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign.
Multicultural Marketing and Milind seem to synonymous. With over 15 years in Diversity Marketing across the globe, the past 12 years being in Canada Milind is well positioned to provide thought leadership on this subject.
Milind heads Ethos Communications, a multicultural marketing strategy, media, PR and event Management Company. Clients include Ontario Tourism Marketing Corporation, Wind Mobile, Scotiabank, and Unilever, to name a few.
Prior to his current role, Milind was the Director of Marketing with Western Union Financial Services - Canada. He Joined Western Union in 2000, in their Dubai office and held progressively senior roles in multicultural marketing across South Asia, the Middle East, the UK and Canada and has played a key role in the development of Western Union's marketing platform and corporate brand in Canada.
Milind achieved his Bachelor of Chemistry (honors) from the University of Bombay (Mumbai) where he went on to earn his MBA. Actively involved in the community, Milind has been recognized by the City of Mississauga for his efforts in promoting multiculturalism and was the recipient of the 2009 award for promoting multiculturalism by the National Association of Indo-Canadians. Milind was selected to be one of the 14 recipients of the "Outstanding Asian Canadian Award" by the Canadian Multicultural Council, Asian's in Ontario, in May 2010. In 2011 Milind was invited by the CMA to join the Brand council - for thought leadership on multicultural Marketing. Since then he has co-authored a white paper on Building brand equity with new Canadians, for the CMA.
A graduate of University of Western Ontario with experience of working as a Business Analyst, the words that best describe Neha best are speed, enthusiasm and versatility.
Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English, Neha is also a post graduate in Marketing Management from Humber College.

Pearl graduated from the Bachelor of Applied Arts Illustration program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. She spent many years in China and Hongkong and has a good understanding of Chinese and Canadian culture. She speaks fluent Cantonese and English, also reads and writes in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English. She is skilled in creative softwares such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and AfterEffects.
Rebecca was awarded a scholarship from York University and graduated with honours from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. She speaks, reads and writes in fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
She has a great understanding of Chinese and Canadian marketing cultures as she has spent many years working in Mainland China and Canada. She is also skilled in building client relationships and marketing strategies. Rebecca loves to travel and has been practically all over China.
Blessed with inimitable interpersonal skills and a fetish for empathy and relationship building Snehal was always meant to be a media specialist. Fully equipped with media planning in terms of studying marketing and promotional objectives and requirements Snehal has the ability of analyzing target market/audience data and translating it in to cutting edge media strategy. Being an uncompromising idealist Snehal is not convinced with less than 100%.

Wasee has extensive experience in structuring complex financial transactions in the Global Financial Markets and his experience with multinational banks has made him an international professional who benefits service by leveraging existing processes to deliver financial risk alleviation. Wasee has been providing Advisory & Consulting services to Multinational Corporations on Global Risk management, Strategic Policy and Project Management. His career reflects prolific success in the Debt & Capital, Derivatives, Money, Foreign Exchange, Islamic Banking, Investment Banking & Syndications with over 20 years of experience in actively trading financial instruments in these markets.
Wasee has been, for over 15 years, conducting seminars and training for senior management on Risk Management, Consortium Lending, Islamic Banking, Financial Risk Hedging Techniques, Corporate Finance and Strategic management at international seminars and forums across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has been a guest instructor at the National Bank of Pakistan Training Institute and the Bankers Institutes in Pakistan, Sharjah and Bahrain. Wasee's passion is singing, poetry and classical music.
