Therefore, we have devised three part - time programs under the guidance of Chefs Nicolas van der Walt, Donald Wilson & Vincent Bernardt. City and Guilds Food Preparation & Culinary Arts Certificates for both culinary arts and patisserie as well as Skill Proficiency Pastry Certificate (top 10 Bakes) are now available through part time study.
