We want to create opportunities for First Nations People, and are doing so by providing jobs and actively investing in training resources. We have an ongoing joint venture with G Gairdner Enterprises which will provide education and practical skills training for First Nations members of Treaty 8, and have the goal of providing continued mentorship to members, allowing them to gain full time employment at G Gairdner's Mile 168 property. Through NENAS we sponsor further training opportunities for aboriginal youth.
