We are a growing, multicultural school in Blockhouse Bay with big dreams. We aim for every child to reach their full potential, believing that all our students can achieve extraordinary things. We are a Year 1 - 8 school with a Community Hub, Glenavon Kindergarten, and Te Ara Hou, our Oaklynn Satellite unit, all on the Glenavon School site, creating a unique community atmosphere... Our teachers are creative and have high expectations of themselves and their students. We strive to create meaningful and engaging contexts for our students so that they develop a love for learning, with many opportunities to celebrate and share all the cultures we have represented.
