GREATPARK, WARLINGHAM

Greatpark was built on the Warlingham Park Hospital site, which opened in 1903 as the Croydon Borough Asylum. It was renamed Warlingham Park in 1937, and closed its doors in 1999. The site was acquired by Berkeley Homes, and all of the hospital buildings were demolished, with the exception of the distinctive Grade II listed clock tower... Greatpark is a private residential development in Warlingham, Surrey, set in 84 acres of beautiful grounds. The development is managed through Greatpark (Warlingham) Management Company Limited (GPMC Ltd), which has been established to protect the interests of residents, and to maintain the unique environment in which they live.
