Gerard M. Koehn - CEO

Gerard Koehn has more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, real estate development, and real estate business operations. As managing partner, Gerard focuses on sourcing future investment opportunities and improving the overall functions of Goldridge Companies. Gerard has extended his development expertise to his community as a board member for the Quality Development Corporation which focuses on affordable housing for the elderly. He has fulfilled his commitment and is looking for other ways to give his support. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for a Minneapolis / St. Paul-based regional bank. His professional and philanthropic contributions have been recognized with the Development Partnership Award from the City of Altoona, WI, and the Lutheran Social Services Financial Leadership Award. Gerard has been nominated for a Community Development Award from the city of Eau Claire, WI for his work in the area. Gerard has a degree in construction management and also holds a bachelor's degree in education.

Joshua Bergeron

Josh Bergeron is originally from the Chippewa Falls, WI area growing up in Eagleton and later moving into Chippewa Falls. After high school, he attended UW-Stout and studied Architecture and Design. He has experience in several fields, including CAD drafting, construction, customer service, management, and property management. Before becoming the leasing agent here at Goldridge Companies, Josh worked for a non-profit organization managing 19 properties with over 250 units and over 400 tenants. He has over eight years of experience managing teams of employees in various work environments with his witty personality and amiable leadership. Josh also takes pride in being a member of the transplant recipient community and athletics, being a part of Team Wisconsin since 2004 and Team USA since 2009. Josh understands that relationships are what make doing business enjoyable and worthwhile. Kevin V. DeCook - CFO

Kevin DeCook has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, spending the majority of his professional career with real estate companies. Kevin began his career with Larson Allen where he consulted on various aspects of accounting functions for numerous businesses. Prior to joining Goldridge, Kevin served as CFO and Executive Team member for Northland Buildings, a Midwest-based real estate construction and development firm. At Goldridge, Kevin oversees all financial functions of the organization, from structuring financing for new investments to managing lender relationships. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Winona State University and a Certified Public Accountant designation.

Steven Stamm

Steven Stamm has more than 30 years of experience in each if the areas of commercial construction, real estate development, and real estate business operations. Steven continues to oversee the company's development and construction activities. With his extensive knowledge of construction practices and his pragmatic approach to project management, Goldridge is able to consistently deliver projects ahead of schedule and under budget. Steven has personally overseen complex projects including the development of large-scale retail, office, and mixed-use properties. His expertise and leadership have also ensured successful development of more than 1,400 hotel, senior-living, and multifamily units. Steven has a degree in construction management.
