Cassandra Christensen

Cassandra began working with us in February of 2018. She's a great addition to our office, helping out in many areas to assist customers and team members. Cassandra is a proud aunt and loves time with her family and dog. She also enjoys camping, 4-wheeling, and traveling.

Chad Bischoff

Job Titles:
  • Owner, Sales
Chad started his own business at the bright young age of 18 and has been self-employed ever since. He began with the selling and repair of chainsaws which led to lawn mowers; his experience in the lawn care industry grew from there. In May of 2009, he purchased a small gutter business called Gutters R Us. He kept the name and began growing the business basically from scratch. Today we work all throughout Calhoun County and occasionally farther. Chad started doing snow removal in 1993 and continues to do so today with New Horizon Property Management. This part of the business was also built from the ground up and has continued to grow with hard work and dedication. We also offer lawn mowing and maintenance programs, landscaping, hardscaping, and organic land care including fertilizations and pesticide applications. His entrepreneurial mindset and knowledge in all the above areas are what has allowed these businesses to grow into what they are today. Chad enjoys time with his family, hunting, and fishing in his spare time.

David Mead

David joined our team in November 2019. He came aboard to help us streamline processes to have greater success across all business operations. David loves to spend time with his family, go fishing, play cards and trivia.

Eric Collier

Job Titles:
  • Landscape Manager
Eric has been with the company since 2014 and will be celebrating his 9th anniversary in June! He's hardworking and dependable, delivering excellent work for all customers at the highest quality. He's done great training our newer team members as well. Eric loves to spend time with his family, fish, and hunt! He's also a big U of M fan (unfortunately).

Phil Hanks

Phil has worked with Chad for many years and came on board at the start of Gutters R Us. He's been instrumental in the growth and success of the company. Phil's vast installation knowledge has been put to good use in the last 10+ years as a manager and salesperson. He works hard for all customers, striving to exceed expectations. Phil lives with his wife and children in Marshall and enjoys spending time with them. In his free time, he likes to fish, camp, kayak, and play poker.

Rob Hall

Stephanie Bischoff

  • Marketing, Property Manager
Stephanie attended Western Michigan University and earned her degree in Marketing, Accounting & General Business. She took a job right after college selling advertising, which is how she met Chad. They married and now have two beautiful children. When at the office, she focuses on the marketing aspects of it. Outside of the office, she uses her realtor license to manage rental properties. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and sweet dogs, traveling, movies and reading.

Stephen Paskett

Stephen joined our team in April 2022 and has worked hard to grow our training and safety programs. He's friendly and always has a positive attitude, which makes him great at working with our customers and team! Stephen fosters kittens and enjoys scrapbooking and knitting in his free time.

Teresa Christensen

Teresa has been with the company for 10 years and keeps the business running smoothly! She manages the office and handles our accounting & payroll. With over 30 years of experience, Teresa is a wonderful asset to our company. She lives in Marshall with her family and enjoys spending time with them. She also likes to travel, go camping, read, and crochet in her free time.
