My name is Francisca I am 36 years old, I have lived in Greyton for more than 20 years.
I have been an au pair for 8 years but my dream was always to study ECD.
I know most of the amazing children in the village and have 2 children of my own. I am very passionate about life and kids.
I am a trustworthy person and am dedicated to everything I do. I am currently furthering my studies in ECD and I am super exited for the new year ahead. I feel fortunate and happy for this opportunity to be a part of this amazing team
As a Grade R and Grade 1 teacher I believe in developing children holistically. For me it is important for learners to learn and to express their own individuality. I have a great love for children and a passion for teaching.

This is my 21st year of teaching at Greyton House and I have enjoyed my time here at this very unique and absolutely amazing school. Being a sportswoman at heart I started sport at the school and it has been so exciting for me to experience all the added sports offered at Greyton House.
My biggest gift I can give any child is "A childhood to remember", by believing in them as each child is unique and different. Coming from a family of teachers I acquired my passion for teaching at a very young age. My goal is to always try and achieve a happy, positive and safe environment for each child. Whether I am in the classroom teaching or outside on the sports field. I enjoy every moment with the different age groups.
I feel incredibly fortunate to share in the wonderful and diverse learning journeys that our students at GHVS embark on. Seeing how young people grow into independent, free-thinking individuals, and being a part of that process, is why I love teaching.
It is my aim to create a space in which children feel cared for, respected, and encouraged to be themselves fully. By engaging passionately and creatively with all the content we cover in class, a love of learning is fostered in students. I believe that this is the most precious quality that learners and teachers can have. I am looking forward to sharing this learning journey with you in 2022!
I'm Kim Josias, born and bred in Greyton and have lived here all my life and matriculated from Emil Weder . My passion is to help and encourage young children to reach their potential. It is a pleasure for me to be surrounded by children. I am thrilled with the opportunity to be a part of the Greyton House team and further my education in the ECD field.
My interest in ​children goes back as far as I can remember. I have a passion for education and preparing the youth for a future that is unknown and developing a thirst for knowledge within children that will enable them to become the best versions of themselves that they can possibly be.
I am in the fortunate position where I get to create & develop the ideal school for my son Lennon, & soon Zeek too on a daily basis. This year my role will focus on strategy, business development, fundraising & the high school. I am excited for the new challenge & look forward to seeing where it takes our school.
