Growing Grounds Farm and Nursery is one of three social enterprises operated by TMHA. Established over 35 years ago, Growing Grounds is a nonprofit wholesale nursery that provides therapeutic horticulture, socialization opportunities, paid employment, and soft job skills training for adults with severe and persistent mental illness... Our original Social Enterprise, Growing Grounds was launched in 1984 to offer employment and vocational training for adults living with a mental illness... Our family programs provide compassionate, informed assistance for families, friends, and loved ones of persons they know or suspect have a mental illness.
