HARTLEYCOLLEGE

Ottawa division of HCPPA Canada originated the idea to have a website for our Alma Mater. A group of volunteers from Ottawa Hartleyites were selected to form the webteam to create/maintain the website. Hartley College Global Website was established on May 27, 1998 and officially launched on Nov. 07, 1998 in Toronto (Canada)... Hartley College is one of the oldest but most prominent scholarly educational institutions in Ceylon. It was founded in the year 1838 by the Methodist Mission ..... Hartley College Global Website was established in May 1998 as the follow-up of the initiative from the former HCPPA-Ottawa division. It was officially launched during the 10th Hartleyite Nite of HCPPA Canada & USA in Toronto, Canada on November 07, 1998.
