Hawk Hill Farm is a family-run livestock operation producing top quality breeding stock and meat animals known for exceptional flavour and tenderness. We achieve this goal while respecting the environment and animal welfare including the preservation of heritage breeds without losing the ability to be financially stable. Being situated on one of the only hills in this area, we have a panoramic view of the Gatineau Hills in Quebec to the north and on a clear day the Adirondacks of New York to the south east.
