As one of the originators at Enterpi Software Solutions, a global tech company dedicated to designing customized applications, and a partner at Hind Electronics that specializes in distributing Liquefied Petroleum Gas, he is well-versed in both cutting-edge solutions and Parikshit has bootstrapped his three startups into successful enterprises and is now using that traditional business practices. Parikshit was also the pioneering chapter director of BNI Capital, a division of Business Network International. Parikshit, alongside Ankit Shah, is an integral part of HRH Next's success. His financial strategy guidance has been paramount in progressing the company and helping it reach its goals. knowledge as an angel investor to mentor budding businesses. For me, individual growth is directly proportional to my interaction with people. Because I believe, it is only when you meet others, that you truly learn. Lucky me then, to have found myself in an opportune - a job role that give me learnings every day - something old, or something new, but always something different. Needless to say, growth comes naturally. A trip down my professional memory lane: I began my career at HRH Next, and through my thirteen years here, I've grow through the ranks to reach where I am today. Having started off with Operations for about 4 years, I soon pivoted to the sales and telecom verticals for 3 more years. Along the way, I helped enhance processes, while sharpening my skills in the process. For the past 8 years I have been using my people skills to make our HR department one of the industry's most formidable. As I look back at the many milestones I've navigated over the years, I see two achievements that make me most proud: delivering enviable numbers - be it sales, or any other department I've been attached to. Thankfully, this zeal to win is infectious, making mentoring and inspiring my team to work equally hard a cake walk. The other is my exceptional relationship management between our clients, associates, and employees. When not achieving numbers and targets, I like spending the extra time I have visiting old age homes, and connecting with all the old souls there, to learn from their wisdom and experiences (this is what I meant when I said I love learning somethings old). I also like spending time at orphanages, with their bright little kids who have so much to offer, regardless of their age. When not learning, I'm working out every day, or playing badminton.

Throughout my career, Raguram has successfully built and managed four profitable Strategic Business Units (SBUs), introducing innovative revenue streams. He has played a pivotal role in monetization programs for two of these units, contributing to their profitability. His expertise extends to digital acceleration, where he has created impactful programs, launched new products, and generated more than $30 million in additional revenues within a three-year period, bolstering top-line growth. His extensive retail operations proficiency is remarkable; having set up and sustained over 75 stores that are both lucrative and sustainable for telecommunication companies. Furthermore, his expansive knowledge base allows him to successfully manage multiple channel distributions across various organizations.
