Alison Greer

Alison manages the IAWG Training Partnership Initiative (TPI). She works in collaboration with IAWG partners to support the development of regional, national, and local capacity to effectively coordinate and deliver quality trainings on sexual and reproductive health services from the onset of a crisis response. In addition, as a member of the IAWG Secretariat, she provides general support to the IAWG. She has been with the IAWG since 2016. Alison received her Master of Public Health and Master of Public Administration, specializing in international health policy and management, from New York University, and holds a Bachelor's in comparative literature, French, and history from Oberlin College.

Erin Worden

Erin joined the IAWG Secretariat in May 2019. As a Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Program Assistant, Erin manages all IAWG membership processes, assists with grants management, and coordinates day-to-day logistics. Erin also supports the SRH team at the Women's Refugee Commission, where the IAWG secretariat is hosted. Prior to joining IAWG and the WRC, Erin worked at a women-led community organization in central Morocco. Erin graduated from Denison University in 2017 with degrees in English (Literature) and International Studies.

Rose Bender

Rose joined IAWG as the Digital Media Manager in January 2019. She leads the Communications Task Team in the development of IAWG's communications strategy and manages the development and maintenance of all digital platforms. Rose received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and her Master of Science in Integrated Digital Media from New York University, Tandon School of Engineering. Her thesis research and project focused on how digital spaces impact truth, authority, and community building. Previously, she worked in digital communications at New York University and the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy & Practice.

Sarah Knaster

Sarah has served as coordinator for the IAWG since January 2013. She works closely with the Steering Committee and sub-working group leads in the areas of governance and strategic growth. She oversees all deliverables under IAWG's grants and manages the secretariat team. Sarah received a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Forced Migration from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health in 2012. Prior to her degree, she worked as a communications assistant with Doctors Without Borders and a development associate at the Guttmacher Institute.
