After an education in fine art, I qualified as a Chartered Landscape Architect and ran my own design practice in the UK for a number of years. My chief interest however lay in painting and drawing, so about 25 years ago I shifted the focus of my work to full-time illustration, mostly (though not exclusively) of motoring and transport-related subjects... At my studio in rural Perthshire I paint original art for sale and also for a wide range of commercial products including wall art, fabrics, giftware, greeting cards, stationery and packaging.
