Allen joined ICI in June 2015 to set up and manage our Phoenix, Arizona manufacturing and distribution facility. He is responsible for coordinating the delivery and installation of DualCool units in the Southwestern United States, as well as managing field service in the Phoenix Area.
After graduating from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1989, Allen began his career in quality control in the paper industry. He progressively advanced into more responsible roles in Production, Safety, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse Management, and was an integral part of two successful manufacturing plant start-ups. Allen has also held leadership roles in the asphalt, concrete and packaging industries.
