Conor Green

Conor Green is a principal at TT Capital Partners (TTCP) and works on sourcing and leading investments in healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies. During his career he has evaluated and worked with many different businesses, as an operator, advisor, and an investor. At TTCP, he works closely with a number of portfolio companies to help maximize their potential. Prior to joining TripleTree, Conor served in a product strategy role at athenahealth, a publicly-traded provider of web-based software and services to physicians. Prior to that, he worked in M&A and strategy roles within Reed Elsevier, but primarily with Elsevier, the company's science publishing division. Conor began his career at L.E.K. Consulting, where he completed engagements in the M&A due diligence practice as well as a number of longer-term projects for healthcare IT and life sciences clients. He joined InformedDNA after being the president and COO of AbleTo, a technology-enabled provider of quality behavioral health solutions, where he contributed to the significant growth and successful sale of the company to Optum in 2020. In prior positions, he has led efforts to deliver better quality services to consumers while achieving superior financial results. Dan brings broad-based healthcare experience and perspective to support InformedDNA's mission to leverage genomic insights to cost-effectively achieve improved clinical outcomes.

David Patrick Nixon - Chairman

David brings 25 years of healthcare experience and a record of entrepreneurial leadership to his role as executive chairman. Having joined InformedDNA in 2007 as CEO, David led the company's transformation from the first national telehealth genetic counseling services provider to becoming the first mover in the now rapidly growing fields of genetic testing utilization management and applied genomics solutions. To fuel the company's growth, David orchestrated three rounds of venture capital funding and, in 2019, a majority recapitalization. He was previously founder/CEO of The Nixon Group, a marketing communications firm acquired by Interpublic Group [NYSE: IPG] in 2002. David serves on the boards of Foundation Fighting Blindness, American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Florida Venture Education Foundation, and is director emeritus for Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE). The through-line for his career has been ensuring that people have access to accurate expert information to make their own well-informed decisions, which he continues at InformedDNA.

Dawn Owens

Dawn Owens is president of TripleTree Holdings, with broad responsibility across TripleTree's investment banking and TT Capital Partner's private equity services. Dawn brings extensive healthcare experience to the firm, including a national reputation as a dynamic leader who has lead companies through various stages of growth, from turnaround to high growth. In her role, Dawn engages industry stakeholders, from innovative and earlier-stage companies to Fortune 200 leaders, to understand the market forces driving disruption and the potential for continued innovation in healthcare. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn served as CEO of OptumHealth, a multi-line UnitedHealth Group company. Under her leadership, OptumHealth became one of the nation's largest and most respected health and well-being companies. Dawn's prior roles include Chief Marketing Officer of Ingenix (now OptumInsight) and President of Uniprise (now a part of UnitedHealthcare). She started her healthcare career at Aetna Health Plans. Dawn earned a B.A. from Grove City College.

Donogh O'Driscoll - CFO

As CFO, Donogh oversees InformedDNA's finance and accounting functions, playing a significant role in strategic leadership. He has worked in the scientific and healthcare space for more than 15 years, building and leading finance teams and most recently served as VP and GM for publicly traded Hologic Inc. Prior to Hologic, Donogh held various positions of increasing responsibility and has served on multiple boards domestically and internationally. He began his career with KPMG and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants; he also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies. Donogh brings deep experience not only in healthcare but in M&A activity; his experience and expertise will further enable InformedDNA's mission.

Doug Berman

He has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, partnering with senior executives of major health plans, health systems, and employers on adopting emerging technologies for improving clinical, operational, and financial performance. Doug's client success leadership helped drive the growth of several early-stage companies in the virtual care and data analytics space. He also oversaw client M&A activities for Advanced Practice Strategies and Verisk Health. Doug earned a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Boston University.

Dr. Iftikhar Kullo

Dr. Iftikhar Kullo is a clinician investigator in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He heads the Atherosclerosis and Lipid Genomics Laboratory, chairs the Cardiovascular Genomics Task Force, and directs the Early Atherosclerosis and Familial Hypercholesterolemia Clinics at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Kullo is also the co-principal investigator of the Mayo electronic ME dical Records and GE nomics (eMERGE) grant, and a member of ClinGen's work group on polygenic risk scores and LDLR annotation. He works closely with patient advocacy group, the FH Foundation.

Dr. Myra Wick

Dr. Rebecca Sutphen

Dr. Rebecca Sutphen has broad clinical and molecular genetics expertise in conditions affecting both adults and children. She is among the few individuals to attain certification by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical genetics, molecular genetics and cytogenetics. Rebecca previously served as director of Clinical Genetics for Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. She is also an experienced researcher in genomics and proteomics, and has been funded by the American Cancer Society, the Department of Defense, and the National Institutes of Health. Rebecca has received numerous awards and honors, including being named to "Florida's Super Doctors," "America's Top Doctors for Cancer," and "Best Doctors in America," as well as the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines Panel, which sets the standard-of-care for genetics and familial cancer screening. Dr. Sutphen is a board-certified clinical and molecular geneticist. She is Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at InformedDNA. She also serves as Professor of Genetics at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Sutphen is among the few individuals certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical genetics, molecular genetics and cytogenetics.

Dr. Sobha Pisharody

Dr. Sobha Pisharody leads InformedDNA's product strategy and development initiatives. Prior to joining InformedDNA, she founded and grew a consulting practice leveraging more than 20 years of experience to helping product companies identify opportunities and design products to ensure strong market growth. She has held senior leadership roles in both startups and large companies, from chief product officer at Hound Labs to senior vice president of product and strategy at Talis Biomedical, and director of product management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she led businesses within the qPCR and Capillary Electrophoresis franchises. Prior to that, Sobha was the founder and CEO of GenoRx, Inc., a molecular diagnostic startup. She holds a Ph.D. in molecular oncology and immunology from the New York University School of Medicine and a B.S. in genetics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jacqueline Kosecoff

Dr. Jacqueline (Jackie) Kosecoff works in private equity to identify, select, mentor and manage health services and IT companies. She is managing partner at Moriah Partners, LLC, and senior advisor at Warburg Pincus. Previously, she served as a senior executive with UnitedHealth Group-PacifiCare where she was chief executive officer of OptumRx. Jackie was founder, president and chief operating officer of Protocare, and earlier, served as professor of Medicine and Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Brown University, and a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jana Pruski-Clark

Jana Pruski-Clark provides oversight and management for the delivery of genetic services by InformedDNA's clinical services team. She earned a bachelor's degree with a dual major in math and biology from Mount Holyoke College, a master of public health degree in epidemiology from the University of Washington and a master of science degree in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Jana serves on the scientific advisory board for Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE). Before joining InformedDNA, she practiced as a clinical genetic counselor specializing in cancer genetics.

Jeffrey P. Krischer

Prior to joining InformedDNA, Megan practiced as a clinical genetic counselor specializing in reproductive genetics and medical ethics.

Michael Sorensen

Michael Sorensen is a partner at NovaQuest Capital Management with extensive investment experience. He is responsible for transaction origination and execution, portfolio company value creation initiatives, investment policy, and investor relations. He is also member of the Private Equity investment committee. Prior to NovaQuest Capital, Michael was a director in BlackRock's private equity group. In that role, he was responsible for making investment decisions in a wide variety of geographies and industries, including healthcare, technology, and consumer/retail, among others. Prior to BlackRock, Michael worked at Sorenson Capital (no familial relation), a mid-market private equity firm based in Salt Lake City. Similar to his current role, he analyzed private companies in a wide range of industry sub-sectors and geographies. Michael also worked as a consultant for L.E.K. Consulting, where he worked closely with clients' senior management on projects that included asset optimization, strategic planning, and customer segmentation, primarily in the healthcare and media industries. Patti Ganz

Dr. Ganz is a board certified medical oncologist with expertise in health policy and management as it relates to cancer. She is associate director for population science at the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, Los Angeles, and distinguished professor in the UCLA Schools of Medicine and Public Health. At the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, Dr. Ganz leads the scientific program focused on patients and survivors, as well as the cancer genetic counseling service. She served on the National Cancer Institute Board of Scientific Advisors from 2002-2007 and on the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Board of Directors from 2003-2006. Dr. Ganz was elected to the Institute of Medicine in 2007, and received the American Cancer Society Medal of Honor in 2010. She currently serves as vice chair of the Institute of Medicine National Cancer Policy Forum.

There, he facilitated a transformation of the business through the acquisition of a speech technology company, rebranding the company M*Modal and leading the take-private process. Vern's previous experience also includes his time as president, Allscripts; CEO, Misys Healthcare; GM & EVP, Kodak Health Group (now Carestream Health); and, executive leadership roles at Siemens and Shared Medical Systems. He started his career at IBM where he spent 11 years in sales, sales leadership, and executive management positions. Vern holds a B.S.B.A and an M.B.A from East Carolina University, and is on the East Carolina Board of Trustees and WakeMed Health and Hospitals Board.

Vicki Shepard
