Dr. Shane J. Milazzo

Dr. Shane J. Milazzo founded iNotaryNow, LLC more than a decade ago; the company was acquired by Notarial Educational Services in 2024. He earned his Bachelor's degree in history with a minor in English from the University of Southwestern Louisiana before earning a Master's degree in telecommunications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He completed his social studies teacher licensure through the University of West Florida (Teacher Ready) program. He earned his Ed.D. in educational leadership with a specialization in online education through the American College of Education. Dr. Milazzo has served as principal of a private K5-12 school in Lafayette for 17 years where he both administrates the school and teaches several subjects at the high school level. He is also the director of the licensed Type 1 Louisiana daycare hosted within the school itself. He is a certified CLASS Observer, and he is a Louisiana Pathways certified instructor. He taught at the University of Phoenix for nearly a decade and served as both Lead Faculty Area Chair and Associate Faculty during his tenure. He serves iNotaryNow as part-time instructor and collaborator.

Julie DesOrmeaux Rosenzweig

Julie DesOrmeaux Rosenzweig is the owner of Notarial Educational Services, LLC, the entity through which iNotaryNow operates. She was born and raised in Abbeville, Louisiana. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans, cum laude with University Honors, in 2001, and from Tulane University Law School in 2005. She has practiced since that time in the fields of estate planning, family law, and criminal law, serving at one point as a felony prosecutor for the 16th Judicial District Court. Julie currently focuses on estate planning for growing families, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianship designations, special needs planning, and long-term care planning from her office in Lafayette, Louisiana. Julie has extensive public speaking experience, having presented numerous educational seminars to community groups, parish bar associations, and the general public on a variety of estate planning topics. Julie is married to Dr. Seth Rosenzweig, who practices Orthopedic Surgery in New Iberia, Louisiana, and they are the proud parents of seven children. Julie is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
