Dean J. Sioukas is a successful real estate developer, entrepreneur, tech aficionado, car enthusiast. Dr. Mark Luttio has been teaching in academia for nearly 30 years - including Saint Mary's College Notre Dame and Lynn University. Currently the Director of Campus Safety, Mr. Lane previously spent 25 years as Director of Admissions. Born and raised in San Francisco, he attended Riordan High School before moving to St. Mary's College. He taught at St. James in Davis and St. Mary's in Sacramento before being hired at Jesuit. Mr. Lane is also the Boy's Director of the Parochial Athletic League (PAL) and has been in that position for 30 years. Mr. Lane has coached football and basketball while at Jesuit, including as an assistant on the two State Runner-up Basketball teams in 1993 and 1994.

Greg Burke is a licensed certified public accountant who has served small to medium-sized businesses and their owners in the Sacramento area since 1984. Greg began his career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1978, leaving to join John Waddell & Company, CPAs. He became a shareholder in the Firm in 1989, leaving at the end of 2016 to start his own firm, Gregory M. Burke, CPA, A Professional Accountancy Corporation, where he continues to serve Sacramento's business community.
Greg has been an active volunteer leader in California's CPA profession serving as Chair of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) Board of Directors, President of the CalCPA Education Foundation Board of Trustees, and continuing to serve as a Trustee of the CalCPA Health Group Insurance Trust.

Hank joins Jesuit from the University of California at Berkeley, where he served as the football director of recruiting. During his time at Cal, he also served as a Cal Olympics sports operations intern, interim women's golf coach, and the football assistant director for recruiting operations.

Since obtaining my teaching credential in 1987, I've taught various combinations of math and science. Most recently I taught in the math department at St. Francis HS. Julia Clark is a member of the Office of Advancement. As the Director of Annual Giving, she is responsible for raising money for the operating budget to meet the gap between what a family pays for tuition and the full-cost of a Jesuit education. Born in Fresno, CA, Julia worked in the telcom industry for 21 years before retiring. She is the mother of Neil (JHS '07) and Katie (SFHS '12). Rocklin native Katherine Madden holds a Ph.D. in Critical Studies from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. Her dissertation, Father, Son, and the Holy Dollar: Rebuilding the American Dream in Post-Recessionary Reality Television and Mommy Blogging, studies the ideological framework of Christianity and parenting in reality television and video blogs following the Great Recession of 2008. Kristie Quillen earned her BA in Communication Studies from UCSB, where she also studied French, Italian, and German. Inspired by a study abroad program and extensive travel throughout Europe and South America, Mrs. Quillen learned Spanish as well. After working in sales in the private sector for several years, she realized that teaching was her true calling and obtained teaching credentials in French and Spanish from Chapman University. Mrs. Quillen currently teaches French and Spanish.
Leslie Willson holds a BA in French and Economics from the University of North Dakota and a MA in French Language from Middlebury College. Mary Teichert is President of Teichert Inc., a construction and materials company founded in 1887 by her great-great-grandfather Adolph Teichert. She has been there for almost 20 years, prior to which she worked at Apple Computer and Bain Consulting. Teichert mines and sells rock, asphalt and concrete and builds roads and streets, subdivisions, levees, airports, gas distribution and various other elements of infrastructure: the company was proud to be the site contractor on Jesuit Sacramento's Chapel of the North American Martyrs.

Maureen Banchero Longyear is the Vice President for Advancement of Jesuit High School. She is responsible for designing, directing and evaluating all advancement strategies to address the annual operations, long-term capital and endowment needs.
Mrs. Longyear is a native of Sacramento where she attended Loretto High School before attending Santa Clara University. Maureen transferred to the University of California, Berkeley and was awarded her Bachelor of Science in marketing from the Haas School of Business. After pursuing a successful career in media sales, Mrs. Longyear "retired" to raise three children, John '99, Michael '01 and Kate (Loretto High '06). In 2003 and 2004 Mrs. Longyear co-chaired the Jesuit Auction as a volunteer and accepted a position in Development. In 2006 she was named Director of Development and was promoted to the Vice President for Advancement in 2012.

Michael Wood is the principal at Jesuit High School. He began his career in Jesuit Secondary Education at Loyola High School in Los Angeles where he spent 12 years as a Theology teacher and Dean of Students.

Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, Mr. Jeremiah Loverich studied Chemical Engineering. He served as a volunteer sixth grade teacher in Los Angeles through Americorps, before teaching high school chemistry and math for several years. As a Dominican seminarian, he studied philosophy and theology at the GTU in Berkeley, engaged in a wide variety of ministry (campus ministry, faith formation, catechetical training, and prison chaplaincy), and did missionary work in Mexico. His master's degree in theology specialized in religion and the arts.
Paolo Reyes will be working part time with Orchestra, including Beginning Strings and the Evening Orchestra. He is an experienced conductor working with symphonies throughout the greater Sacramento area. His time with the Camellia Symphony Orchestra and the Sacramento Youth Symphony has given him extensive experience working with young people in his field.

After 10 years in parish Youth Ministry, I came to Jesuit High School as the Director of Campus Ministry. Our goal in the YM Office is to help our youth have an encounter with Christ that leads them to greater love and service to others in their lives. I married my best friend, Jennifer, on May 4, 1996. Travel, cooking, golf, theater, Sacramento Kings, SF Giants, SF 49ers are a few of my passions.
Paul Rose began teaching at Jesuit in the fall of 1979. He has taught every social science class at Jesuit over the years. Currently, Paul teaches Advanced Placement United States History (Junior year class). Paul Rose over the past five years has traveled extensively across the United States to many historical sites including Gettysburg, Independence Hall, Yorktown, and Williamsburg to name a few.

Rev. Christopher Calderón, SJ, Trustee, was born and raised in South Los Angeles where he attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles. It was there that he met the Jesuits. He then earned a bachelor's degree in Latin American studies with minors in Spanish and theology from the University of San Francisco. After graduation, he joined the Jesuits in 2006 and was ordained a priest in 2017.

Fr. Edwin B. Harris, S.J., is now on his 4th "Tour of Duty" at Jesuit High School. He entered the Jesuits in 1963 after having graduated from St. Ignatius High School in San Francisco. Most of his active Jesuit career has been associated with Secondary Education, including assignments at St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco), Bellarmine College Preparatory (San Jose), and Jesuit High School (Sacramento). He has an MA in European History and an M.Div. in Theology.
Jesuit High School of Sacramento President Rev. John P. McGarry, S.J. announced today to the Board of Trustees that he will conclude his service as president at the end of the academic year.
Father Gilson serves as the Socius to the Provincial for the Jesuits West Province of the Society of Jesus. He has taught at Jesuit High School in Sacramento; Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix; Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco; and Muffles College in Belize, Central America. He is currently serving on the Jesuit Schools Network Board of Directors and the Holy Cross College Board of Trustees.
Rex Rallanka teaches Chamber Singers, Liturgy Workshop, and Men's Chorus. An alum of the Class of 1996, Mr. Rallanka participated in bands and orchestra as a student. Mr. Rallanka is also the Director of Music for the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament and frequently performs as a concert organist.

This is my third year here at Jesuit and I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful school. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri which is where I was an elementary school teacher. While living in California, I became a Test Center Manager for Pearson where I oversaw many facets of test administration for various exams given at the test center. Sarah Ruano is the Assistant Principal for Student Life at Jesuit High School. She began her career as a classroom teacher before managing education programs at the National Center for Education Statistics and UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. She worked at St. Francis High School as Director of Data and Assessment for nine years, where she oversaw the WASC accreditation process, analyzed school data to inform decision making, and supported academic and extracurricular programs. Sarah has taught both English and English as a Second Language.
Sean grew up in the Bay Area and went to St. Patrick St. Vincent High School. Sean graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelor of Arts in History. While living in Sacramento, Sean worked as a teaching assistant and assistant varsity football coach and defensive coordinator for five years at Monterey Trail High School. Sean helped Monterey Trail to two back to back appearances in the CIF San Joaquin section Championships. For a period of time, Sean lived and worked in Austria. He was the defensive coordinator and then head coach for the St. Potlen Invaders.

A native of Sacramento and graduate of St. Francis High School, she completed her undergraduate degree at CSU Sacramento and then continued her education at UC Davis obtaining a Master's degree in Hispanic literature. Teresa also studied a semester abroad in Paris, France and also enrolled in classes the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. She is passionate about traveling the world. Her travels have taken her to Mexico, Costa Rica, Western Europe, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
Terry is a Sacramento native and a graduate of Jesuit High School, Class of 1972. He graduated from the University of California with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1976. Terry is both a Licensed engineer and a licensed contractor in California. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Owner/President Management Program.

Born in Stockton, CA, Tim attended St. Mary's High School before attending UC Davis for his undergraduate studies. He began working at Jesuit in 2004 and has served in a variety of roles including designated prefect, social studies teacher, social studies department chair, Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Activities.

Walt Lange has been a member of Jesuit High School's coaching staff since 1970. He served as head track and field coach from 1977-1993. He has developed many fine runners serving as head cross country coach and assistant track and field coach. Coach Lange graduated from Loyola University of Los Angeles in 1965. Prior to coming to Jesuit, he coached cross country and track and field at St. Bernard High School in Playa del Rey from 1964-1968.
