My primary project as the Government Information graduate assistant at University of Illinois Libraries was a complete redo of the layout and architecture for the Government Information Virtual Library, as well as a new social media strategy for promoting it... This OAI-PMH static repository was the capstone project in my Metadata in Theory and Practice class, bringing together general knowledge of structured data with detailed implementation of metadata schemas... This team User Experience redesign project was the final for my Interfaces to Information Systems class at GSLIS. It was done in partnership with WILL AM/FM/TV, the local NPR and PBS affiliate.
