JTHTL

The student-operated and edited telecom and technology law journal at the University of Colorado Law School operated as the Journal of Telecommunications and High Technology Law (JTHTL) from 2001-2014. A group of law students, under the guidance of Professor Phil Weiser, founded JTHTL at Colorado Law in 2001. JTHTL established a position among the elite national technology and telecommunications law journals, featuring seminal moments in Internet policy such as former FCC Chairman Michael Powell's articulation of the four Internet Freedoms and Professor Tim Wu's groundbreaking definition of Network Neutrality... A student-edited law journal focusing on telecommunications, technology, privacy, and intellectual property issues.
