Andrea Broggini studied law and holds degrees from the Universities of Geneva, Harvard and Urbino. He worked as a lawyer in New York and in banking in Tokyo. In 1992 he founded a law firm in Lugano, Switzerland. Since then he has practiced corporate law and corporate finance. At the same time, Andrea Broggini has specialized in corporate governance issues and held board mandates in companies in manufacturing, banking, insurance and retail, primarily in Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the USA.
Andrea Broggini has more than 25 years of experience as a member of Board of Directors, including many years as Chairman and as Head of Audit and Compensation Committees. In 2000 he founded Kieger AG, which he now chairs.

Gianmarco Forleo is a member of Kieger's Private Markets team, where he is involved in the day-to-day management of the overall private equity portfolio, including portfolio construction, fund pipeline management, due diligence, deal execution and post-investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Kieger, he worked for PwC Switzerland as a consultant, focusing on commercial strategy and operations within the pharmaceutical industry. He also completed an internship in the tender offer department of the Italian Government.
Gianmarco holds a Master degree in Corporate Finance from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome (Italy) and was part of the QTEM excellence programme.
Jeannine McCreight is responsible for managing a large range of processes & procedures within Kieger, from organising events to ensuring that the office environment fits employee requirements. Her role is to make sure that stakeholder needs are met, and that every day proceeds smoothly from an operational perspective.
Before joining Kieger, she worked as Receptionist for Deloitte Switzerland AG in Zurich. Prior to that, after completing her apprenticeship in Hotel Management in 2008, she held various positions at hotels located, amongst others, in Lake Louise, Canada.
Jeannine graduated from the Interlaken Professional School and has attended further education courses at Handelsschule Bénédict in Zurich.
In addition, she holds a corporate and social responsibility certificate from the University St. Gallen.

Laurent Degoumois is responsible for the Private Markets (PM) portfolios as well as a member of the management committee. He manages Kieger's PE Fund of Funds across multiple strategies, including "diversified buyout", "healthcare-focused" and "impact PE".
Prior to joining Kieger, he spent 15 years at Swiss Re Asset Management, focusing on investments in private markets and the firm's overall investment strategy. During his most recent years there, he served as head of the thematic investment team, overseeing a portfolio of healthcare, energy transition and digital infrastructure investments in PE and other asset classes. Before working for Swiss Re, he gained initial professional experience in the investment banking space.
Laurent holds a Master in Accounting & Corporate Finance and International Management from the University of
St. Gallen. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Maria Vogt is active in the asset and wealth management industry since well over 20 years. She is now Senior Advisor of the Asset Manager Bantleon AG, where she was a member of the Executive Committee until 2023, in charge of business development and investment solutions. Prior to that, starting in 2004, she successfully developed the institutional client base of Fisch Asset Management AG in Zürich, in an entrepreneurial setting. During the earlier part of her career, she worked as convertibles broker and fixed income portfolio manager for Goldman Sachs and Allianz Asset Managers.
Maria holds a degree in mathematics and business administration from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), as well as a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Matteo Solari joined Kieger in 2023 as IT System Administrator, supporting all IT systems and assisting in the development of the group's cyber security policy. This includes providing IT assistance with regards to day-to-day business requests.
Prior to joining Kieger, he spent 4 years at Capital Dynamics, a private asset management firm based in Zug. As IT System Engineer Senior Associate, he was responsible for the development and management of the company's global IT Infrastructure, alongside participating in IT security projects. Before that, he gained over 10 years of experience working as IT Helpdesk and IT System Administrator in the luxury fashion industry, providing support to companies such as Bally, Belstaff and Jimmy Choo.
Matteo has a diploma in Computer Science, obtained while completing an IT apprenticeship at Boss Lab SA (IT outsourcing company for the Swiss financial industry). He has also completed further IT courses in the field of system administration, including on-site trainings at Microsoft, Switzerland.

Matthias Mosler was the CEO of Kieger from January 2014 to February 2022 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2011.
He helped to set-up Kieger's Sustainability and Impact franchise and continues as Senior Advisor to the company. He has been working in the fields of investment banking and asset management since 35 years. Prior to joining Kieger he held senior management and CEO positions in Europe with Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Depfa Plc, among others.
In investment banking he was responsible for many high-profile capital markets and M&A transactions in Europe. In asset and wealth management he has been responsible for the development and management of large global portfolios for institutional clients.
Matthias Mosler studied law in Germany and Switzerland and received his doctorate from the University of Heidelberg (Dr.iur).

Pascal Meier is responsible for the Multi Asset portfolios, specifically the selection, due diligence and supervision of investment strategies across asset classes. He is a member of the Management Committee.
He has 21 years of experience in the financial industry, of which 18 in investment management. Prior to joining Kieger in 2011, he worked for 4 years as hedge fund analyst and member of the investment committee for an investment boutique in Zug. He began his career at UBS, occupying various roles over a period of 7 years, of which the last 4 in equity portfolio management within the Global Asset Management unit in Zurich.
Pascal holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance from IFZ Zug and is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Peter Maag is responsible for the selection, monitoring and portfolio management of global equity strategies.
He serves as Senior Investment Analyst within the Multi-Asset team and has 5 years of financial industry experience. Since joining Kieger in 2016, he has focused on developing the investment process, as well as due diligence and monitoring of primarily long-only equity strategies. Prior to joining Kieger, he worked at the private investment firm Ardian, performing due diligence and monitoring of private equity funds and secondaries.
Peter holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich.

Peter Ochsner has more than 30 years of professional experience in banking and auditing. Since 2016 he has carried out various mandates as consultant, member of Board of Directors and member of Board of Trustees. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2014, he was Head of PwC Switzerland's audit division and member of the Executive Board. During this period, he was also part of PwC's Global Assurance Leadership Team and spent seven years on the Board of EXPERTsuisse. He joined PwC in 1982, initially to lead the financial services audit practice in Zurich, after beginning his career at the Swiss National Bank in Zurich and Lausanne.
Peter holds a degree in business economics (HWV) and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Program for Executives.

Raphael Oesch is a Portfolio Manager in the Healthcare team. He manages Healthcare equity funds focused on blue-chip stocks (lead manager), thematic impact and sustainability. His research centers on the MedTech, Managed Care, Healthcare Services, Facilities and Healthcare Technology subsectors.
Prior to joining Kieger in 2014, he worked as lead equity sell-side analyst for the Utilities and Financial Services sectors at the Swiss brokerage boutique BZ Bank.
Raphael holds a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Liechtenstein, is a CFA charterholder and has earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
Sandro Olivero is responsible for the selection, monitoring and portfolio management of fixed income, as well as illiquid debt and real estate strategies.
He has worked in the financial industry for 17 years. During his time with Kieger he spent one year as interim Conducting Officer for portfolio management at the Management company in Luxembourg. Prior to joining Kieger, he was Senior Performance Analyst at State Street Bank in Zurich for 6 years, supervising and advising a number of institutional and private clients in risk and performance/investment related matters.
Sandro holds a Master degree in Economics, with a focus on Finance and Corporate Finance, from the University of Fribourg. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Tom has over 30 years' experience in the asset management and fund services industries. Prior to joining Kieger, he ran his own consulting business providing operational/infrastructure consulting services to institutional investors and service providers. Previously Tom spent 6 years as COO of a UK asset management firm and before that he spent 15 years as CEO of one of the then largest global hedge fund administrators. Throughout his career, Tom has overseen the establishment and management of scalable solutions in both the asset management and fund services businesses. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and trained at Coopers & Lybrand.

Ulysses von Salis has worked as a lawyer for over 20 years. He specialises in company law with a focus on private equity, financing, M&A transactions and the setting-up of new companies. Since 2006, he has been a partner in the Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) law firm in Zurich. Prior to joining NKF in 2001, he was assistant professor at the University of Zurich and served at the District Court of Zurich, amongst other positions.
Ulysses studied law at the University of Zurich (lic.iur., Dr.iur.) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.).

Urban Fritsche is Portfolio Manager in the Healthcare team. He manages Healthcare equity funds focused on thematic impact (lead manager), sustainability and blue-chip stocks. He is a member of the Management Committee.
He has worked in the financial industry for many years, focusing primarily on the Pharmaceutical sector. Before joining Kieger, he worked for BZ Bank in Wollerau as sell-side analyst covering the Pharmaceutical, MedTech and Chemical sectors. In the earlier part of his career, he was brand manager for knee implants at Zimmer Biomet in Winterthur and, before that, project manager at Prionics (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) in Zurich.
Urban studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen. He also holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Technical University of Zurich.
Verena Krämer is responsible for assisting the Office and Operations Management within Kieger. She plays an essential role in ensuring that offices needs are met and operations run smoothly.
Prior to joining Kieger she worked for a Luxury Business Center, assisting its director in all matters. Before that, she gained over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including working as assistant to the executive board of a four-star hotel.
Verena completed her training in Bavaria and obtained a business administration degree in Berlin.

Verónica Monroi has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Currently an independent Senior Financial Advisor, she spent more than 20 years at Swiss Re where she held various roles in the area of financial reporting, including Head of Finance Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting. These different roles involved global responsibilities and mixed operating models, including offshoring, outsourcing and an international assignment in Hong Kong. Before that, she worked for Jacobs AG, in a controller position, and Arthur Andersen. Prior to relocating to Switzerland, she began her career in assurance and consulting at PwC's Chilean office.
Trained in Chile as a Certified Public Accountant and business engineer, Verónica has a strong international track record, with working and leadership experience across three continents.
