Emanuela is researcher and professor at Genova university where she lectures in sport science. This activities entails the transfert of her experience about sport and being an olimpic athlete with enthusiasm and professionalism (Emanuela won several medals in her experience, e.g.: 2 gold and 1 bronze in World Championship - 1 silver and 1 bronze in Olimpic Games - many others important results al European level). Through her strong passion about sculpture, she started another important adventure: sculpting the athletic body's beauty. Graduated at "Accademia delle belle arti" in Bologna, she's still studying the "armony's way", yesterday with perfect technic discovering in Judo sport, today looking for material's beauty shapes. Emanuela is a member of JTC School team since 2013 and is directly involved in Leadership and Dynamics group project. "I love Sport, Art and Nature."

Matteo Radavelli

He works with the systems and the relationships that they comprise. He is first formed at the Cassel Hospital in London and currently at the Sant'Anna Hospital in Como, where he collaborates with the Clinical Psychology Division and the surgery of Preventive Medicine. He is specialist advisor for the professional empowerment service aimed at entrepreneurs of the province of Como. In addition to clinical practice provides consulting and training in management and he's a psychology professor at two schools training health and social. He strongly believes that soft skills are the modern discriminating for business success. He has always loved sports and he works as a consultant in sport psychology with athletes and club, dealing with increased performance and group dynamics. He's a psychology professor at the Italian Sports Centre. He is member of the Psychologists Order of Lombardy with n. 14229.
