Charles J. After retiring from the United States Coast Guard as a law specialist in 1997, he practiced with the firm of Tew Cardinas until the founding of Katzman Wasserman Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A.

Craig A. Rubinstein

Mr. Rubinstein is a member of the Bars of the State of Florida and the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a past chairman of Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "C". A member of American Mensa, Craig Rubinstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University. While a student at Boston University School of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctor degree, in addition to being a member of the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Team, he authored "Excessive Mutual Fund Advisory Fees: Give-Ups in Rule 12b-1 Clothing?", which was published in the Annual Review of Banking Law.

HELAINA BARDUNIAS

Ms. Bardunias represents national and local clients in complex business litigation in Florida's federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. Representative matters include the successful defense of a Big Four accounting firm in a $500 million auditing malpractice arbitration; the successful prosecution of national construction and engineering firm's multiple-contract disputes. Helaina concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation including breach of contract and partner and shareholder disputes.

Jason R. Katzman

Jason concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, including contract disputes, professional malpractice, employment disputes, and adversarial probate litigation. Jason became a Partner at Katzman, Wasserman, Bernardini & Rubinstein, P.A. in 2023 after first joining the Firm as an Associate in 2020. He takes great pride in having joined the practice started by his father, Steven M. Katzman, over twenty years ago and continuing the tradition of excellence the Firm has maintained. Prior to joining the Firm, he began his career as an Associate at Hackleman, Olive & Judd, P.A. in 2017, where he accumulated extensive experience working on high-stakes complex litigation. Jason R. Katzman joined Katzman, Wasserman, Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A. as an associate in 2020. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, contract disputes, and professional malpractice. His experience includes pursuing and resolving claims that have sought damages as high as two-hundred and fifty million dollars.
