LACRASH

The LACRASH software was developed by the Highway Safety Research Group at LSU in conjunction with an agreement with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. The software allows police officers to fill out crash reports, forward them to their supervisors, and submit the crashes to the state database electronically. LACRASH includes all of the primary pages of the crash report and the software auto generates crash numbers. A copy of the crash data is stored locally at the agency for their records. Copies of the reports can be printed to sell and will print with the officer's signature and the locking supervisor's initials... LACRASH is free use. Also included for free for every agency: on-site installations, training, USB/Handheld GPS units, and card readers.
