Ashley Cain

Ashley Cain has been with LMOGA since January 2011. Ashley leads LMOGA's public and government affairs strategy to represent and promote Louisiana's oil and natural gas industry through effective engagement, communications, and advocacy with the state legislature, local officials, the media, and the public. A native of Louisiana, Ashley is a graduate of Louisiana State University and resides in Baton Rouge with her family.

Audrey Cifreo

Audrey Cifreo joined the LMOGA team in May 2022. Audrey assists in developing and executing all internal and external communications on behalf of the Association, to effectively represent and promote its members and the industry. Audrey is from New Roads, Louisiana and received her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University.

Courtney R. Fos

Job Titles:
  • Membership Manager
Courtney Fos started with LMOGA in August 2016. Courtney manages the daily operations at the LMOGA House and is the first contact for our LMOGA members. Prior to joining the LMOGA team, she worked for the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. She graduated from LSU with her bachelor's degree in 2009, and currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, Grif.

Damien Watt

Damien Watt joined LMOGA in 2022 and works to provide support, information, and advice regarding environmental legislation, rules, and regulations that affect the oil and gas industry. Before his role at LMOGA, Damien worked in the midstream and petrochemical industries for 22 years. He possesses a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, a Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctorate from Southern University, and a Master of Environmental Management from Arizona State University. He currently lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Darian, and son Damien Watt. Jr.

Tommy Faucheux - President

LMOGA serves exploration and production, refining, transportation, marketing, and mid-stream companies as well as other firms in the fields of law, engineering, environment, financing, and government relations. LMOGA's mission is to promote and represent the oil and gas industry operating in Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico by extending the representation of our members to the Louisiana Legislature, state and federal regulatory agencies, the Louisiana congressional delegation, the media, and the general public. Tommy Faucheux is president of LMOGA. He has extensive experience managing state government affairs and policy matters. Faucheux previously worked as Director of State Government Affairs for The Dow Chemical Company where he was responsible for government affairs for Dow's Southeast Region in the United States and provided strategic public affairs support to Dow Louisiana facilities. Faucheux is Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Greater New Orleans, Inc. In addition, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), on the board of the Public Affairs Research Council and held positions on the American Chemistry Council's State Affairs Committee, and St. Charles Parish Economic Development Council. Faucheux previously served as Chairman of the GNO, Inc. NextGen Council and as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Southeast Louisiana Red Cross Board and River Region Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2009 graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute and was recently named one of the Top 20 Rising Talents in the petrochemical industry in Louisiana by the Baton Rouge Business Report. A native of Louisiana, Faucheux received a bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations with a minor in Political Science in 2002 from Loyola University in New Orleans. He lives in Luling with his wife Mitzi and two children, Camdyn and Cade.

Veronica Villavaso-Smith

Veronica Villavaso-Smith joined the association in January 2015. She is responsible for all financial aspects of LMOGA operations, and she ensures that the association's financial matters are accurate and in compliance with applicable rules and reporting requirements. She will also be responsible for the association's insurance benefits and Human Resource Department. Veronica comes from a diversified accounting and HR background. She lives in Baton Rouge with her husband, Greg.
