Don holds a Bachelor's Degree from San Jose State University and a Juris Doctorate from Empire College School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2000. He did estate planning as a paralegal for 10 years and has been doing the same as an attorney since 2001. Clients meet with Don in all three of his law offices located in San Jose, San Mateo, and Santa Rosa. Don is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, Probate Section, and is a member of the California State Bar, Trusts and Estate Section.

A graduate from the North Eastern Hill University, India, Kliarri joined the law firm in 2005 as a legal secretary and has provided legal support to the attorneys of the firm.
She completed her Paralegal Studies from UC Berkeley in 2008, and is presently working as a paralegal. Apart from her paralegal duties she is also responsible for the office administration and functioning of the offices. She meets wth clients to assist them in preparation of their revocable living trusts.
When she is not working, Kliarri enjoys the outdoors, reading, music and travel.
