ANDY MONTAGUE

Andy started in the industry as a production coordinator with Universal Studios and Columbia Pictures. Originally from Honolulu, Andy has worked extensively with local and national advertising agencies, directing and producing broadcast commercials. Clients include: Aston Hotels and Resorts, Ford, Sam's Club, Coppertone, Menehune Water, Inspiration Furniture, University of Hawaii, Hawaii Pacific Federal Credit Union, Sentricon systems, Occidental insurance and the list goes on. Andy has co-produced and served as creative director on a variety of long-formatted shows that were regionally syndicated with Hawaii's network affiliates: Andy is also a writer, specializing in both long and short-format scripts for television and radio. He has a professional background in theater and television, serving as an advantage when directing on and off-camera talent.

JIM BRYAN

Jim Bryan has been referred to as an "…absolute professional…" by international film critic Michael Medved, and a "…top gun who lets others claim the glory…" by legendary television actor Hugh O'Brian. Featured nationally in Radio Inc magazine's 1999 issue of the "40 Most Powerful People in Broadcasting," Jim has over 30 years of award-winning journalism, production, writing, and marketing experience in film, television, radio and newspaper. Having devoted the latter part of his career to private contract screen writing and ghostwriting for proprietary film and TV projects, Jim has become known in Hollywood circles as a "Writer's Writer." His specialty is in crafting true-to-life dialogue, specializing in transforming scripts of all genres with realism, grit, tension and humor. In 2006, Jim formed his own production company, June Crabtree Productions, and has launched a number of groundbreaking projects including "The Champion" reality TV series on Fox, the syndicated "Entertain Me!" comedy/variety show, and the award-winning documentary, "We Serve," on NBC. Jim was recently an independent producer and a director on a full season of a food and travel show, "Frontier Tastes & Tales".

John R. Lewis

John has worked in the advertising and television industries for over 20 years. As a director and Director of Photography he has filmed and produced hundreds of commercials for advertising agencies and clients. He has received numerous awards including the Pele, AIMA and the national Telly Award for his work in commercials and long format television programming.

Kurt Hutchinson

Kurt grew up in Kailua and has worked in the television and film industry in Hawaii, California, and Arizona. His professional background includes sound and lighting design, sound mixing and key grip. Kurt's lighting and sound background began in the theater and later branched out to film and television. For the past 3 years Kurt has been involved with local and national TV commercials, television features including "Ohana Road" and "Night Time with Andy Bumatai. Kurt has worked on several music videos for Country Music Television including projects with singer Lisa Brokop. Kurt is in charge of lighting while taping on location and in the studio. He also assists John Lewis with sound mixing during the production and post-production process. In his spare time, Kurt enjoys offering his creative skills to independent films, having worked on "Redemption" and "Dillon Lane," two film festival entries shot and posted in Arizona in 2006.
