LISA MENNINGER

Lisa's approach is client-centered. Lisa works to empower individuals in a caring, containing and compassionate space, to explore and improve personal relationships, particularly with self. Lisa uses Dr. Siegel's Interpersonal Neurobiology as her treatment foundation, which facilitates client understanding of how the brain works, processes experiences and stores memory; and how early attachment experiences impact survival structures. She treats those experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction and recovery, trauma, family concerns, eating and wellness issues, and inter and intra personal relationships.
