Abigail Strasmann is a proud LMU alumnus who graduated with a degree in theatre arts and a minor in psychology. Abigail is passionate about higher education and the doors it can open in students' lives. Raised in southwestern Utah, Abigail is focused on creating equitable access to higher education for all. Ammar Dalal, Ed.D., serves as the Assistant Vice Provost for Graduate Enrollment. In this role, he supports enrollment initiatives for LMU's 50+ graduate programs for six graduate schools and colleges. Dr. Dalal brings over 16 years of enrollment management experience leading marketing, recruitment, admissions, and financial aid operations at Santa Clara University, Savannah College of Art and Design, and Harrison College.
Dr. Dalal comes to LMU from Santa Clara University, where he was Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and Marketing for the Graduate School of Education and Counseling Psychology from 2016 to 2019. He was part of the original team that helped launch Slate's information management system, embarking on a year-long process to move to a sophisticated online application and prospect management tool. For this work, he was recognized by then Provost Dennis Jacobs for his efforts to bring Santa Clara into the 21 st century of admissions in record time.
As a key member of LMU's Enrollment Management team, he collaborates with the graduate program directors in the academic units to successfully identify, recruit, enroll, and orient graduate students. As the Assistant Vice Provost, he develops strategic messaging that emphasizes the value of an LMU graduate education for a diverse global audience, collaborates with the director of international admission and outreach to expand international graduate enrollment, and facilitates local and national advertising via multiple platforms to attract and retain interest to LMU's diverse graduate programs.
Dr. Dalal earned his Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. He also holds an MBA and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Andrew is a proud alum of Loyola Marymount University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music, with a concentration in Vocal Studies. During his time at LMU, he was involved in various aspects of campus life, which included holding student leadership roles within Mane Entertainment, Creare Service Organization, and First-Year Orientation. He also partook in numerous artistic opportunities around campus such as joining the Consort Singers choir ensemble, taking hip-hop cardio classes at the Burn's Recreational Center, and even composing a handful of film scores for student films. He is thrilled to be back at LMU to continue sharing his passion for the university by helping prospective students discover all the academic, professional, and social possibilities at LMU.

Beth received her B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Philosophy at LMU. She went on to earn an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, but the Boston winters were too much for her, and she has happily spent most of her career back at LMU. Beth grew up in Sacramento and currently resides in San Diego. She feels incredibly fortunate to continue her work with the admission office by engaging with students from both of these "hometowns." In her spare time, Beth loves the beach, baking, reading, hiking with her family, and volunteering at her children's school.

Dr. Audra Verrier became the Associate Vice Provost of Career and Professional Development at Loyola Marymount University in January 2023. She has been a leader in higher education for the past 20 years. She has managed departments and teams that focus on career preparation, leadership development, experiential learning, and community engagement for Sonoma State University, California Institute of Integral Studies, Brandeis University, and University of Maine. She has coached and advised 1,000's of students and professionals to pursue their passions, create careers they love, and complete degree programs while developing themselves as active citizens and engaged leaders.
Verrier is a facilitator and educator on topics such as strategic planning and organizational development in the non-profit sector, the psychology of leadership, ecopsychology and systems thinking, professional development, and entrepreneurial skills for leaders in education. She is passionate about equity and inclusion advocating for programs and services that provide access for all with a focus on antiracist program development and first-generation students. Dr. Verrier also supports women and professionals to develop a deeper connection to nature as a means of strengthening resilience and moving beyond self-preservation.
Verrier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Master of Science in Organizational Management, and a Doctorate in Psychology. Her research focuses on women and BIPOC communities overcoming bias and adversity, career and leadership development, and first generation students. She is married to Rick Verrier and they have three children, Julia (3) and twins Logan and Layla (7 months). They live in Westchester with their two dogs, Pip and Lux.

Reggie Golightly is a proud alum of LMU, having received his Bachelor of Arts in Screenwriting with a Business Administration minor. Ever since he joined the LMU Pre-College Summer Program following his Sophomore year in high school, he found his place on the bluff. As a student, Reggie was involved in the Delta Kappa Alpha professional cinematic arts fraternity, LMU Storytellers of Color, Black Student Union, Harambee Mentorship, and Black at LMU; as well as working with the LMU Pre-College Summer Programs and Orientation.

President Timothy Law Snyder, Ph.D., began his term as LMU's 16th president on June 1, 2015 and was inaugurated on October 6, 2015.
Timothy Law Snyder is the 16th president of Loyola Marymount University. He is a distinguished educator, mathematician, and academic leader, serving Jesuit institutions for nearly 40 years. President Snyder's academic and research interests include computational mathematics, data structures, design and analysis of algorithms, geometric probability, digital signal processing, airline flight safety, HIV diagnosis and prevention, and the education of Millennials and Gen Z-the latter he refers to as the Solidarity Generation.
He earned his M.A. and his Ph.D. in applied and computational mathematics from Princeton University. He also graduated with an M.S. in mathematics, a B.A. in psychology, and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Toledo.
Prior to LMU, President Snyder served as vice president for academic affairs at Loyola University Maryland from 2007-14. He was dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Fairfield University from 2001-07, and dean of science at Georgetown University from 1995-99.
President Snyder has devoted his career to the Jesuit and Marymount tradition of encouraging learning, educating whole persons, and furthering the service of faith and the promotion of justice. "We don't just educate well, we educate with purpose," he told LMU Magazine. "We have the incredible academic freedom to think and talk about anything, and to forge faith with reason."
