Founded in 1984, Medica-lab® is a company specializing in medical furniture, bringing high-quality products at the most convenient prices with reliable after-sale service and guaranteed long-term customer relationships. In 1994 Dr. Hesham Swilam, the founder, inaugurated the first factory in Badr city near Cairo in Egypt. Eight years later, in 2002, the company opened the second factory with a total production area of 5,000 SQM to expand its production and further develop its facilities. The 2002 factory enabled Medica-lab® to expand its product portfolio by adding the manufacture of Mortuary refrigerators and related equipment. In 2010, the third factory was built to further expand production. Medica-lab's new factory, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, contributed in producing consistent quality and reputable products.
