Andrew G. Miller

Andrew G. Miller grew up in Houston, learning from his father, Charles Schreiner Miller, who was a real estate developer and banker for over 20 years and his grandfather, George Gentry, who was a banker for over 50 years and founded 4 banks. Andrew began working with his grandfather at the age of 9 and showed interest in finance from a very young age. Andrew continued his financial education by achieving a BBA in Finance from St. Edward's University where he also went on to earn his MBA. Andrew has worked in the banking and finance industries for over 25 years. As a former Lender & Credit Manager, Andrew knows what happens behind closed doors in the loan committee meetings. In 2009, Andrew Miller founded Commercial Loan Solutions, which is Commercial Loan Brokerage Firm specializing in conventional & private loans secured by real estate. He has earned a solid reputation as one of Austin's most outgoing and hardworking business advisers and finance sources. In addition to being a Commercial Loan Broker, Andrew Miller also got his real estate license in 2013. Andrew focuses on acquisition & development properties, income producing properties, & owner occupied properties. He works with the team at McAllister & Associates. In 2016, Andrew Miller teamed up with Bryan Hancock & John Blackman to form Gentry Lending Group, which is a Private Debt Fund providing hard money loans secured by real estate. Andrew Miller hopes to help clients find & finance real estate throughout Central Texas.

Anthony Kuri

Anthony Kuri has consistently excelled in closing real estate transactions since achieving his real estate license in January 2017. He holds a distinguished academic background, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition to his academic achievements, Anthony is a respected member of several real estate organizations, including the Central Texas Commercial Board of Realtors (CTCB), Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Furthermore, he actively participates as a valued member of CCIM Central Texas. Anthony's professional approach exemplifies a commitment to excellence and a dedication to delivering top-tier results. His vision and unwavering determination embody the spirit of a Texan who strives for greatness and consistently delivers a first-class experience. Bede Marshall-Ryan

Bede 'Marshall comes from a lineage of real estate professionals. Her grandmother was the first woman realtor in Texas in the 1930s and grew to be the largest residential real estate company in the state and number 2 in the country. Kathryn Currin faced many obstacles, including being shunned by the Dallas board of realtors and it's MLS program. Once she surpassed her peers, they begged her to join, she declined and her company only joined after her death. She and her daughters instilled in her grandchildren and their children a work ethic unrecognizable in the market. With passion and knowledge, Bede has become the go to leasing agent for college students and the go to sales agent for parents purchasing homes for their university students.

Boyd is a retail specialist at McAllister and Associates, and has a rich history in restaurant and fast food leasing. Boyd is also proficient in negotiating office, medical, and industrial properties as well as land. Prior to working with McAllister and Associates, he worked for two years with Equitable Commercial Realty. Preceding his work in commercial real estate in Austin, Boyd served for 5 years as the President and COO of a national retail ice cream chain consisting of over 60 shops in 24 states. During that period, he oversaw the negotiation of more than 80 leases and the opening of nearly as many businesses. His experience co-branding with multiple other QSR chains (consisting of bagel, coffee, donut, sandwich, and pizza companies) has helped him acquire a keen eye for strategic development of brand and locale. Boyd earned his B.A. degree from Texas State University, where he concentrated in Marketing.

Since joining McAllister & Associates since 2001, Dani has had the opportunity to work with some of the largest owners of commercial real estate in Austin. From government agencies to local banks to high net worth individuals his experience is vast. His specialty is in Seller and Landlord representation for both inner city properties and land in the periphery of the city limits. Over the last 23 years the most gratification he gets is when he helps owners maximize the value of their property either through market knowledge or assisting with entitlements. Earning someones trust with one of their most valueable assests is the ultimate end goal for him and having long lasting clients that turn into friendships is a win for everyone.

Jennifer Matz Zamiska

Jennifer Matz Zamiska joined McAllister and Associates in April of 2009. Being a native "Austinite" and the daughter of an Austin Real Estate Icon, Jennifer has seen many changes take place in the real estate landscape. Jennifer got her real estate license in 1994 and went on to earn her Broker's license. She graduated from Baylor University where she earned a BBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. 
Jennifer enjoys representing Business Owners, Developers, Investors and Land Owners in a vast array of properties. Having owned and operated a successful business for many years Jennifer understands the needs of people in business. She has been married for 8 years and is the proud mother of two young children.

Joe Connors

Joe Connors specializes in the Lakeway, Bee Cave and Spicewood commercial markets and has a rich history of representing tenants, buyers and sellers. Joe attended The University of Texas at San Antonio. After college he obtained his real estate license in 1984. Joe's favorite pastimes include golf and his two kid's sports.

Joe McAllister

Joe Willie founded McAllister & Associates Real Estate Services in 1985. Since that time he has been a full time real estate agent, active in the local Austin real estate community. He is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the company, including but not limited to all aspects of managing our brokerage team of 30+ real estate agents and a listing portfolio of approximately $200,000,000.00 in market value. Prior to 1985, Joe Willie had a 17-year career with General Motors. He moved to the Austin area from Odessa in 1969. He attended Odessa Junior College from 1967 to 1968 where he studied Electric Data Processing, Computer Programming, and Advanced Mathematics. He received his Texas Real Estate Salesman License in 1984.

Karin Thompson

Karin Thompson joined McAllister & Associates in January 2006 as their office manager. Prior to joining McAllister & Associates she spent 28 years working for Capacity Waldon-Lay-Mor in Longview, Texas as their Credit Manager. Originally being from the Austin area, Karin decided to come back home when her youngest son settled in Austin. She is a proud mother of two sons, one in Austin and one in Colorado. As well as three grandsons, one in Austin and two in Colorado.

Kent Hawes

Kent Hawes has been involved in Texas real estate since 1995 and a broker with McAllister & Associates for over a decade. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a master's degree from Concordia University, Hawes brings an extensive background in acquisition, sales, negotiations, leasing and marketing for both commercial and residential investments. Experience includes targeted knowledge of the developing, dense urban settings in Austin as well as transitional and surrounding rural properties to identify unique opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Larry Locke

Larry Locke has more than four decades of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry from brokerage, finance, leasing to property management. His extensive background includes international finance, investments, full service industry representation. His particular strength is forecasting and trend spotting areas of future growth and planning for expansion and growth. He's created, owned and operated businesses both internationally and domestically. His most enjoyable times are spent seeking the right opportunities for investors.

Marci Cannon

Marci Cannon has lived in the Georgetown/Leander area for over 30 years. She specializes in commercial land sales. She focuses on site selection, land-use, municipal zoning, and entitlement. Marci has sold hundreds of acres for residential and commercial developments. Marci is deeply involved with local municipalities and her on-going education in the real estate industry making her knowledgeable on many levels about the clients and land she represents. Her unique perspective on the marketplace as a professional and as a land owner gives her insight she passes to her clients.

Mark Pustka began his Real Estate Career as a Project Manager in the Real Estate Development Industry. Development Companies have included Crocker & Company in Boca Raton, Florida, Spectrum Development Services in Austin, Texas and Faulkner Group, Inc. in Austin, Texas. In Florida, Mark managed the construction of the Office Depot Corporate Headquarters, the W.R. Grace Office Tower, and Mizner Park, a redevelopment project which has been showcased in Guidebook to New Urbanism, and featured in Urban Land Institute conferences.

Randy C. Merritt, CCIM began his real estate career with Hub Bechtol in 1981 and joined McAllister & Associates as a broker in 1992. Randy is a past president of the Commercial - Investment Division of the Austin Board of Realtors and was voted C-ID Member of the Year in 1997. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors in 1994. Only about 6,500 commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation and it is the most coveted and respected designation in the industry. Shana Jenkins

Shana (Barnes) Jenkins moved to Austin in 1989 to attend the University of Texas and soon decided that this great city would remain her home. In 1995, Shana began working for McAllister & Associates as the receptionist and administrative assistant. Within months, she expanded her role and duties to become the office manager coordinating all aspects of a busy office. In 2000, Shana accepted an invitation from Jim Cotton to become his personal assistant and secretary. She now uses her knowledge and experience to ensure Jim retains his status as one of the Company's top-producers. In addition, Shana assists him in the day-to-day management of several restaurant, office and shopping center properties.

Spencer E. Collins has been in commercial real estate since 1984. With a wide background of appraisal, research, property tax consulting, development, and brokerage, Mr. Collins is the ideal broker to assist clients in the disposition of their properties. Mr. Collins graduated from The University of Texas in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a member of Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), and the Central Texas Commercial Board of Realtors (CTCB).

Starr McAllister

Starr has been licensed in the State of Texas for the past 37 years. She began her career in Houston Texas in 1982 in the Galleria Area and understands the hustle and bustle of big city business. Starr has vast knowledge of Austin commercial real estate market, as well as land and home sales in and around the Austin area. Her previous experience in design, remodeling + floorplanning have given her all the keys to being the best in the business. Starr is involved in commercial and residential markets. Tammy Walker is a Leander native and has been married to Stephen Walker since 1980. They have 2 children Chauncey and Chasity Walker. Tammy has been a licensed Realtor in residential and commercial real estate since 2000. She has received her designations as an accredited buyer's rep, E-Pro Certification. ASP Stager. Besides being a licensed Realtor, Tammy also owns her own commercial construction company with her husband, Stephen. W.S. Walker Co, Inc. was established in 1989 and specializes in new construction, as well as interior and exterior renovations, and has completed projects throughout the State of Texas. Tammy is a past Board member of the Greater Leander Chamber of Commerce, Past President and Vice President of the National Association of Women in Construction, Member of CREW, Texas Real Estate Commission, Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and CTCAR and has served on the numerous committees such as education committee for CCIM, CREW Recognition Awards, CREW Golf Adventure and Chair person for Leadership Leander. Trey Knox

Trey Knox is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Trey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing in 2003. He then went on to found Medallion Advertising, a small creative boutique in Houston. Trey left Medallion to join McAllister & Associates in the great city of Austin in October of 2006. In addition to seller and buyer representation, Trey is responsible for the marketing of his fellow agents and the company's IT requirements.

He has worked for several local and national firms and ran March Commercial Properties, Inc. for 10 years before joining McAllister & Associates in 2005. Mr.. March earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1992.
