Martha Lask believes that thoughtful, compassionate communication can change how people feel about their daily work. She also has an abiding love of the arts. She has worked for over 30 years to bring both to the private, non-profit and public sectors. She has provided executive coaching and taught coaching skills in 26 organizations in both sectors... Before Towers Perrin, Martha served as Executive Director of South Portland Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (SPNHS) in South Portland, Maine, where she created a private/public partnership, implemented a successful commercial revitalization program, and administered a revolving loan program which reversed housing decline in two neighborhoods...
