Cindy Leffkowitz

Not a CPA nor a JD, but known to out-strategize, out-tax plan, out-memorize and out-organize most CPAs or Law firms that sit on our bench... They are our back-ups - Miss Cindy is our go to. Prior to her role at Morgan, she served as an oncology nurse who was asked to manage the whole practice. Then, recruited as a Law office Administrator and managed multi-real estate complexes. In the breezeway, she met Peter Leffkowitz and the next 28 years are history. His partner both in life and business, Cindy handles all the financial and administrative Ops of Morgan Consulting Group, Morgan Mentor, as well as the Tall Pony Ranch... not to mention almost single handedly feeding up to 800+ recruiter students per year at Tall Pony, non-stop for 23 years until Covid stopped travel. She and Peter have 3 sons and a daughter, 4 grands and 3 greats. With 10 brothers and sisters, Cindy always seems to step-up as family matriarch in all critical family scenarios. She's tough enough to keep Peter in-line when necessary, but still has the softest shoulder for friends, family, and employees to lay their head on.

David Taylor

Absolutely unhireable for sales, marketing, speech writing, auctioneer, or a front-of-the-house Maitre-D. Dave sees the world in codal symbols. Ever see a Sci-Fi movie where 1000 numbers, symbols and coding hieroglyphics cover a glass window? That's how he thinks and his speed of thought refuses to cooperate with his speech. He's been the mastermind behind major DevOps solutions for Fidelity Investments, BBC, Hewlett Paccard, Siemens and Pepsico Australia's tech advancements. He now runs his own DevOps consultancy P/T and has gifted Morgan's software development division with his genius. What a blessing to have him on our team. When he's not talking way above our intellect, we love him dearly.

Monte Merz

After 5 years of record-breaking numbers as a multi-state Regional Manager for a publicly-held staffing giant…He left…. when he realized the system was intentionally designed to build muscle in either one's left arm (Recruiting) or one's right arm (Biz Dev), but not both, simply to make it difficult to compete. He saw growth for the company but not the individual.. He found a trainer who believed in full 360 recruiting skills. Monte showed up at Peter's Ranch for 3 days of "totally different". Peter saw a unique style of leadership and took a personal interest in Monte. Strangely, Monte returned multiple times within 18 months. "No different than what made me a 2-time All-American National Collegiate Wrestler, I needed recruiter muscle memory." On the phone, he was Peter's twin. After studying Peter's Management Model, his team's model mirrored Peter's. When he felt consistency, every new hire was sent to study with Peter…and then Monte unleashed his own style of leadership and Twenty-one years later, High Country has over 30 employees, four Direct Hire Divisions with an average per desk revenue of $498k, (2022), a Staffing Group based on "perm technique" and has been branded "Fortune 5000 Fastest Growing" and "Denver's Best Company to Work For" . You can feel it walking the office. They really "ride for the brand." Now, Monte has the flexibility to do what he loves most: Teaching…. And while Peter's love is teaching at the recruiters desk level, Monte has joined the Morgan team, as our Management Coach/Advisor, teaching a fresh interpretation of the Morgan Management Model to an open-minded young generation of owners. Monte, typically can consult and help an Owner recreate and gently install, without the "chaos of change", Peter's Morgan Management Model within 3-4 half-day consultations, after staff has trained with Peter.

Nicole Rivera

Everyone's in agreement. If anyone had to replace Charlize Theron in the movie, "Old Guard" or JLo in "The Mother"... it would be our Marine, Nicole. After 2 Iraqi tours as a logistics/ammunition supply chain specialist, Peter assigned her as an IP attorney recruiter in one of his Morgan 20/20 offices for a year. When she had a handle on the business, he unleashed her real technical talents as Content Manager in the development of Morgan's 3-day, live zoom workshops. She was then promoted into the role of Projects Manager in the development of his new company, Morgan Mentor, to launch his new rookie training app, "RecruitersPlayBook™", in 2023. From website design and digital creation to now doing a development apprenticeship under our full-stack genius, there's no mission we've assigned her that she hasn't tackled with intent and grace. When she's not insanely active with her partner, Kody, co-operating their family tree business and raising 4 children… she's a "serial student" that relentlessly self-learns on Harvard University's free course catalogs, through TED talks, or anywhere she can pool knowledge from, going as far as earning degrees in anything she's interested in:
